[Mugen] Sukuna Heian resprites 60%

Because there were too many people wanting me to change the color of his sprites, I did it. Additionally, I designed an interesting mechanism for his spear; it works like a power-up in battle, and I find it quite intriguing. I hope you all enjoy this change!

This was phenomenal as usual! The Original mugen was already perfect, and you somehow managed to improve that even further. I love how your adding new moves to the char and how you make all of them accurate to his character. I love how your really incorporating his curse tools and getting creative. The fact that this is only 60% is insane, I can’t wait to see 100%

It's quite a big problem if I don't have good enough sprites like Ghost. I'm a programmer, not a designer (I draw very poorly), so creating Kenpachi will proceed when I have good enough sprites

Everything seems nice, just black flash seems a little out of place as a input attack. Maybe it could be a percentage of every punch you deal to be a black flash, like 4% and it grows with consecutive attacks like a critical hit. Just a suggestion.

The reason no one has made Shibuya Mahito yet is probably because no artist has drawn good enough sprites for him. If there are good enough sprites, someone will make him eventually
