I have always dismissed the Canaries as beach holiday locations which did not really appeal. I should have looked closer as you are now showing me the error of my ways. These fabulous views are showing me some excellent hiking trails. I will have to take a closer look. Have a wonderful week.
Hi Ivor, Many people think about crowds on beaches and concrete jungle, when they hear Canary Islands, which of course exist if you chose to be there. But there is so much more! Tenerife is my favorite, it has everything that nature lovers need-epic mountains, wild beaches , extinct volcanoes, charming little villages and most of all-great weather all year round!
