bad associations spoil useful habits.
some dogs bite.. some people nag and drain energy from others.
associate with angry, rage-filled, toxic, negative thinking people and your life will become a struggle to free your mind.
There are toxic people, and there are toxic relationships, there are toxic ways of thinking and doing things.
Toxic = unkind attitude leading to discord, disharmony, away from Serenity and restful peace of mind.
