I got rejected and I got sad, recently I've been transitioning to homeschool to real school and I had to leave some friends along the way honestly thank you so much for helping me feel for motivated.
I can't give up. I can't allow myself to fall anymore. Everything I do from this point on in my life is for me. Never will I question why. I gotta show up. This is the only life I have. I will not give up.

Im going through a mental disorder and im trying to push myself to get through it its hurting me mentally and physically it changed my perception of reality and gives me unwanted feelings and thoughts.
First, you feel confused, then you feel tired, then feel sad, then feel depressed, then you feel pain, then you feel angry. You will notice your emotion trigger from mental to body. You are almost there. Do not give up.
Its up to US ! Grind Grind Grind !!!! Even in solitary, alone and broken.. Thats where i needed to be , because thats where i was and still am.. Using these motivations to not just hit strong when im listening to them but , long term.. I have to Remember this was all not for nothing and theres people who cant fight for them selves taht need me.. Fight for the kids , fight for your self.. Keep Your Honor !! Self compassion also 🙏

The more pain we accumulate, the more we are mentally, emotionally, and relationally crippled.
You know some ppl use these videos to workout and it's very annoying and distracting when an ad interrupts our focus! I have yet to find a video without ads! 😕

I'm fighting with my demons through the pain, but because of the depression this pain is like the pain from the gaping wound... The wound that's constantly bleeding... And the worst part is - this pain won't go away permanently. Depression is the cancer of the soul. You could put it into remission, but it will come back. And it will come back in the worst moment possible...
im 21 on friday how fast time moves i realized we dont have mutch time ive suffered with mentak health my whole life since i was a kid everday i struggle to get throught dark days this motivation keeos me going believe in god and he will guide you the thing ive alwahs told myself is what would happen if i die whats next and i wanna live to the fullest and not regret things in the past and keep moving foward is scares me to think we will not be here on earth forever the choice is do i keep going or give up and regret living with it just a reminder for poeple who suffered the mental health that many poeple suffer with
Life is unfair no doubt some have all the advantages and reach the top easier some took the hard road up they both got lucky they both worked really hard but one suffered more
I think that the reason we cry when a love one dies is because we are shocked that they are mortals and they die like we all! Gonna die one day and it's hard to believe that about someone you think is unbeatable.
