In this video we will go on a guided tour to visit Mossman Gorge where we will explore the most beautiful swimming-spot in the middle of the jungle and also get to know more about the indigenous culture. From there we will visit Daintree Village and the Daintree River where we will go on a crocodile cruise! I wouldn't swim in Any waterhole, creek, dam; Billabong, river ect, north of Bundaberg. For every croc you see there are more than likely more under water. And the stingers up north are horrendous. Please have a fantastic time. We love to see people have a great time in Australia 😊

Wow, the Daintree croc cruise looks awesome, such a great part of the country. I live down the road in TSV but I have never been up to the Daintree. Interesting to see all the repairs going on from Cyclone Jasper.
The guide might have told you but if you make hot tea with the green lava and their butts, it is a good cure for colds and sore throats.
The welcome to country and smoking ceremonies were only created in the 1970's to welcome visiting sports teams and dignities. Pretty much just ripped off from Māori culture which is evident every time Australia & New Zealand play each other. Another myth you might come across is that aboriginals invented the boomerang. Not true, ancient boomerangs have been found on every continent and the oldest boomerang is actually Polish made from a Mammoth tusk.
Thanks for posting your experiences ❤

@@emma.sjoebergyeah it would be a bit challenging if you're not used to them. I'm an older Aussie who grew up in the Qld bush and I renovate old run down buildings at times and crawl through very thick scrub so I'm right in amongst the bugs . I've had the occasional ant sting and one spider bite in my entire life and I'm pretty casual around them so please don't stress too much. Can I suggest going to a local information centre and chatting to the guides. They are usually very informative and can give you good advice. Australia can potentially be dangerous but common sense goes a very long way to keeping you safe.
Hope you and your friends have a fantastic safe time here in Australia 😊

@@matthewcullen1298 wow yeah, it definitely makes a lot of sense that you’re more accustomed to bugs!! Really good idea with the guides, I’ll try to do that!
