Thanks for the info, I really wish you would show more of the neighbourhoods, homes, and downtown area. Like walking tours. Those are most helpful for people looking to relocate
Thank you! What area do you recommend for single parents? I don’t want to isolate my self from the fun and nightlife and still need it to be kid friendly and preferably pocket friendly.
Are there apartments in these neighborhoods? For those of us who don't have a lot of $, please do a video on desirable condos and apartments in Sacramento.
Hi there thanks so much for watching !!! I actually am just shorting a video focusing on the new build in rancho Cordova so stay tuned and appreciate the feedback !
Ugh rancho sucks I lived there for a few years and it's not so great. Expensive and they're wannabe "own town" gets old just a excuse for cops as well as people to act stuck up.
Granite bay , Roseville, Folsom, Rocklin, Lincoln, Woodland, Davis, El Dorado Hills, placerville Auburn, if you want to live near downtown Land Park or Curtis Park. lots of beautiful safe communities with great schools east of the city. Woodland is a charming historical city a little over 50k beautiful downtown good schools the commute is easier than some of the other areas once your North of the Airport most vehicles are heading to Woodland. Towns further north are pretty small and fewer people work in the capital. However people do commute from as far north as Chico(1.5hrs) even Redding (2+hrs). If you live West of Sacramento Vacaville/Fairfield area. You will always have a pretty smooth commute beacuse you will be going the opposite direction of the large majority of traffic. Between Sacramento and San Francisco on I-80 in the AM is a nightmare and leaving SF going back out to the Capital is bumper to bumper for miles and miles a couple hours at least. But going the opposite way is about an hour or so. (I'm not really to fond of the areas south of Sacramento and the traffic is pretty bad Stockton Modesto areas are pretty big with lots of commuters elk Grove is becoming massive! Personally I like the communities to the east closer to the capital are trendy well kept suburbs relatively recent development and infrastructure a little further out and you start to get into the foothills AKA Gold Country towns there are beautiful and very charming with historical downtowns and homes. Plus it's often a little cooler in the summer!
Hi there, might be moving to Sacramento. Will be renting first but would like to know your thoughts on where to rent if ill be working at the uc davis medical center.

Not really. I grew up in south natomas, north and south natomas is now crappy, too much traffic and too many ppl. Natomas WAS a nice place to live 20 years ago 😢
You should probably mention the poor condition of the streets in Sacramento along with the increasing number of homeless infringing on the neighborhoods.

Sacramento California looks so beautiful-The corporations fortune 500 does everything by the book, as far as, environmental.
Fabulous info
There’s neighborhoods are very rough and very overwhelmed with crime gang activity and homeless. If you love your family don’t move to oak park
Lots of oak park is better than it was 15 years ago.
