Are You Connecting Ledger To Metamask CORRECTLY?

- When you are connecting your Ledger wallet to Metamask, there are a few ways that you can do so. However, one of the ways actually exposes your seed phrase to the internet, and it's not the best way to do so.
Here's the correct way of connecting your Ledger wallet to Metamask so that you can access any decentralised application (DApp).

I had a question about connecting ledger nano s plus to metamask. If I have already 2 or 3 defi projects that are connected to metamask via binance smart chain. can I use the ledger for these 2 or 3 existing connections to make the connection safer because you then have to confirm each transaction i do between metamask and the defi project.

Hi, yup it's possible to connect your Ledger wallet directly to Trust Wallet without writing down your seed phrase, when you launch the extension for the first time, you should find an option to connect your Ledger directly to the extension

Hi i folllowed your guide in the video but after connecting the ledger to the metamask, it request to select the HD path & there are many of them. How do i know to connect to which one? I have tried to connect a few of them, it does not reflect the amt that i have in Ledgerlive. Can you advise?

Why use meta mask if you can buy or swap directly from ledger live?
Hey, it’s mainly if you want to use any decentralised applications, like a DEX or crypto lending. Ledger Live supports some DApps, but not all of them
@@FIPCrypto so in your opinion, there is no negatives about using Ledger live to buy/ swap as long as they support the Dap you want to use?
@@RobiOne313 I personally have not tried it out, but I do not think there are any negatives. However, if you are using Ledger's native swap, I would think that Ledger may charge some hidden fees so the rates that you actually get for your swap may not be the best
@@FIPCrypto I want to exchange my AGIX to DASH but I can't in Ledger Live unless I have ETH coins, which I do not and I do not want to buy any. If I move my AGIX from Ledger to MetaMask will I be able to exchange AGIX to DASH withOUT having ETH? Someone was saying AGIX runs on the ETH network as well as Cardano. Does AGIX run on Cardano on MetaMask? Not sure how I find this out? And if so, does this mean I can then swap AGIX to DASH on MetaMask withOUT purchasing any additional coins? As I don't want to? Also is the exchanges they use no KYC for USA? Sorry for all the questions but I am new to this
