Welcome to my channel! This is a music reaction channel. For the longest time, I've loved creating content on the internet. I started off with a gaming channel right here on RUclips, which eventually turned into a Twitch gaming channel, but as time has gone on I've evolved into doing other things on RUclips. For years now I've wanted to create a music channel on RUclips, and recently just figured "why not?", so it’s time to give this a go! Give me any suggestion you have for music reactions, and I will do my best to get around to them. Linda Ronstadt is the greatest most versatile female vocalist of her generation.
In the past 4 years I lost my father, mother, and 2 friends. One committed suicide in January. Jumped off a bridge in Pittsburgh.
This definitely has a Karen Carpenter vibe in Linda's clear, no frill delivery of this lyric driven song. Love the heartfelt reaction, Shawn as our hearts go out to our friend and his wife. Yet not goodbye, but until we meet again. Blessings.

This was a tough one, Shawn. My heart and prayers go out to the gentleman who requested this and his wife. My Grandma spent the last 10 years of her life not knowing who anyone was. It was heartbreaking, for sure. I'm also glad I found your channel. I love the fact you take the time to learn, and educate me about songs from the past. I never heard this one before and I'm grateful to the donor for requesting it, and for you playing it. God bless

The voice of an angel. It’s ironic that now Linda’s voice has been stolen by a neurological condition very similar to Parkinson’s disease. Thank goodness we have her beautiful recordings. There’s no other voice like Linda’s. The very best of the best. 🌸🌺✌️

If you've lost someone special...this is a tough one to listen to...tears. May I recommend "Winter Light" by Linda Ronstadt.

This beautiful, but sad song was written by Karla Bonoff over the loss of her cat. Such a talented songwriter, performed by the uncomparable Linda Ronstadt!
As great as Linda is, I always prefer Karla's originals. I feel them more.
@@MattJocksnobody does it better than Linda. She gave Bonoff huge exposure she otherwise would not have gotten. I never heard of her until Linda sang her songs.
