Prayers to all in the storms path. My family and I are on edge in Lawrence KS where we are right in the middle of tomorrow's projected tornado system.
I hope you stay safe.
Praying for yall
Praying, stay safe please 🙏
i live near lawrence im in kck
Praying for all affected by these awful tornados.
So doing nothing but trying to make yourself feel like you did something.
dude I’m just scared for my gramma she lives near about Bennington and what I heard it hit around there
@@m3lsnumber1fan then call her, let me guess you are worried about her but not enough to have her number to check in on her.
Prayers for you 🙏🏾💖
Our neighborhood was flattened by the long-track tornados of 2011 that hit Alabama and Georgia pretty hard. Every time I see significant tornado damage, I recall countless hours on the phone with insurance, loss of money, cleanup, the disruption of normal life, and the years it takes to get your neighborhood back. Many neighbors ended up moving away and rebuilding somewhere else.
I love how people are saying “ womp womp” or ur problem not mine and maybe don’t choose to live there” there are kids that don’t have a choice I am a kid and we were huddled in our school hearing tornado sirens go off and we were all scared luckily the storm did not hit our school but there was severe damage to homes 15 miniutes away where the tornado was and I was thinking I was going to die. This is not funny and people are making this seem like not a big deal and the tornado was 10 miniutes form our school where 500 kids were huddled up for 1 hr after school ended this was my first time as an 11 year old living in Omaha Nebraska seeing a tornado in the end no one in a 5 miniutes span from our house was injured and I send prayers to the ones that lost their homes and lives. Stay safe everyone!
Don’t listen to ignorance kid. They would be as terrified as you were and need to learn to practice gratitude and empathy. Glad you’re okay 👍🏻
Meanwhile I bet your whole state voted for the party that has ignored global warming for the past twenty years
It's isn't that people don't care it's that no one can do anything to stop it.
I'm glad you're okay, I can't imagine how scary that was for you.
😮 It is terrifying to be in an earthquake too with a classroom full of terrified first graders, some screaming and crying. As their teacher in S CA I learned from the great courage some of them showed to their classmates hugging and helping to most disturbed as we climbed out from under our desks and vacated the room after the all clear bell went off
Prayers for those affected.
Prayers
So terrible 😢
Hope no one got hurt
This is seriously the scariest thing in Mother Nature. Tornados have always been my biggest fear. Hoping everyone was smart enough to get out of its path
Prayers to all those affected 🙏🏼
Prayers for all!
Man that is honestly horrible I feel so bad for all of you , here in Canada when we get storms etc I get extremely nervous ,,, I couldn’t imagine what you just went thru and I mean it I hope your all ok
Blessings for all affected there
Praying for all of you!🙏
While I, Moved from SoCal to N.E. Oklahoma in 2002. It has ALWAYS amazed me, at how People, just stand, look or Drive, while an active Tornado is on the Ground! I'm hiding & covering Myself, with anything & everything! Condolences to all those that lost their lives, family, pets & had houses destroyed🙏❤
Prayers from California
The fact it’s 11:26pm and IA Des Moines just heard at least 2-4 tornado sirens, and alarms on our phones. Scary.
Prayers🙏🏻
Those sirens are terrifying af. ASC T-128s don't play around.
Welcome to Nebraska!
EF3 im guessing
Possibly, pretty close to a 4.
Im terrified by tornadoes. Guess any one in their right mind would be. I live in tornado alley. The devastation and loss is mindboggling. Prayers that this tornado season passes quickly.
🙏 praying for Nebraska 😢
I was sweating and heard the roar. It missed us by 50 blocks. Unreal
I hope people are okay, i have some family up there. 🙏
Praying for all
Prayer for the community
Sad
Sad 😢
This is so scary never seen a tornado since we don't have it here but I'm sure it's terrifying to see one...
I can only imagine.
So sad 😢
Still standing there
I was in David city but I heard about the tornado in Omaha it was massive
Well this isn’t Kansas!
I was wondering why I saw some dark clouds😦
That’s some crazy footage!
The most dangerous tornado is the one with the green sky
Amen 🙏
Very sad to see all that devastation and i'm sorry i turned on my cell phone 😢 . Hoping no deaths of people and animals.... Message coming from Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦
I lived in Omaha for 8 years. We had tornados every year.
THE KING IS COMING!!!
I love Nebraska
I was in Elkhorn went right past me
🙏🏽
What a monster 🌪️🙈
Looks like a F5 tornado. 😮
Fujita scale rating?
Damage will have to be surveyed first.
Definitely between EF3 or EF4. From the width of it visually, based on the tvfootage alone, its gotta be EF3 or higher.
I lived there in 1st grade
Meanwhile I was just walking to work when this was going down 50 blocks away 🤣🤣

Omaha , somewhere in middle America.
Psalms 83:15
“So persecute them with thy tempest, and make them afraid with thy storm.”
Do tornado proof homes exist and if so why don’t these places have them?
They do exist but the state gains money from these losses
They don't. Tornadoes occur in all 50 states.
@@jeffreyking279That’s technically true but extremely misleading. The likelihood of tornados varies widely between states: they are very uncommon in some states and very common in others.
You can have your roof attached to somewhat help. Once the roof blows off the whole structure is at risk
Kinda, you won’t able to make it completely “tornado proof” (that’s a concrete shelter) but you can build for resilience. Check out post-Joplin 2011 info. & The ASCE (American Society of Civil Engineers) web page ‘Rebuilding After a Tornado’ has a collection of articles written by civil and construction engineers. Also ‘We can build homes to survive tornadoes like Kentucky suffered. We just haven’t,’ WaPo, 2021, written by a civil engineering prof who ‘“specializes in wind engineering and how to build and retrofit tornado-resilient residential communities.”

Tornado in Spring wow I’m never using gasoline again
Biden fault
You’re joking right 🤡
It's cuz of Biden
Actually, if you changed to an electric car, you wouldn't be subject to the whims of the oil market and would stop to pay for it three times: the stuff, the tax, and the subsidy; yup, oil has been subsidized all these years. Same if you used solar panels, a wind turbine and batteries at home; you wouldn't be so dependant of fuel for everything.
But we know that wasn't your point, right? You tried to appear as smart, by ignoring that there are heat waves in England, Siberia and Antarctica, that droughts are killing ancient rivers, that wildfires are every year wider and longer, that every year all manner of weather records are broken - because we cannot escape from the laws of chemistry and physics. Add tons of CO2 to the air, it retains more heat, the climate changes.
Yes, tornadoes happen in Nebraska in spring. Meanwhile, home insurance companies are leaving Florida, Isle de Jean Charles is disappearing, seawater is infiltrating coastal aquifers, and the Navy is planning how to save their infrastructure.
Yep, you would help if you stopped believing big oil propaganda. They knew decades ago that their pollution would change the climate, and they lied to you.
@@MariaMartinez-researchercalm down there boomer
Gotta improve infrastructure
Yeah right…You go underground. Not much will stand up to an EF4-5 Tornado.
Def not ef4 or ef5@@fleafarts3576
@@fleafarts3576 and what about the buildings? I guess you're ok with mother nature destroying people houses and businesses?
lol the garage
Better buildings in all u.s states for that damage wont be so big.
warren buffet bout to buy a whole community after this
😢
Run to safety fools😮😢
I didn’t know what was happening I was at school I thought it was a drill
5 minutes
(counting the minutes before MTG tells us this is a sign we should repent)
I hope the zoo is ok
Yes, didn't think of that.
Make concrete strong houses
They are far better and will survive in most situations, but even they wouldn't take a direct hit. Living in Iowa, I've seen crazy things. I remember a large tree being dragged in the ground upright for 15 feet. I'm sure there were many like that and worse yesterday.
Haarp in full swing. The evildoers are being found out. Prayers to all ❤🙏
THE LAST DAYS!!!!!!
Those overpriced shotty built homes.
Looks like Gaza
Lol😂😂😂😂
The love of Jesus on full display.
Biden Admin: "oh no! Send more money to ukraine! "
YAHWEH COMES CRUEL WITH WRATH AND FIERCE ANGER TO MAKE THE LAND A DESOLATION
Move away from tornadoe alley.
To where - hurricanes in the East, fires and earthquakes in the West, flash floods in the SW? Tornados are now common in TN, KY, WV, etc.
I sorry climate change has torn your house
Oprah chomping at the bit for some mo land.
Boring, no blood and gore.
Need fema
Womp womp
I have zero sympathy for others who live in theses tornado zones. The fact you know what happens every year and you choose to still live there is your problem
I live in Iowa. I feel the same with Californians and earthquakes lol.
I’ve lived in central Texas for my entire 38 years of life. Im definitely in the southern portion of “tornado alley” and just 40 mins south of me, a town called Jarrell had arguably the most powerful tornado ever recorded in the USA in 1997. Having said all that, I’ve never even seen a tornado in real life. I don’t think you understand how low the odds are to be in a violent tornado.
It rarely happens here in Omaha 😂this is pretty rare.
@@filmfangirls9163 right? Lol. I’d love to know how old this kid is, and where he lives. Assuming it is a young dude judging by the “I love cougars” username. Comment obviously reeks of ignorance and immaturity.
Dont worry Nebraska Biden will be by in about a year and a half for a photo op
People in the tornado area: Keep feeling bad for us even though we keep choosing to stay in a tornado area that destroys our home every couple years because we refuse to leave.
they knew this, before your little "broadcast"...
Ahh man, all these people that lost everything. Very Sad.. these tornados really ramping up these past couple years..
No doubt WARREN BUFFET has insured Omaha for NATURAL DISASTER😅 It's a BIG PAY DAY for BERKSHIRE Hathaway insurance $$$$$$$$ $$$$$$
at lease you have some sort of a "house" left........i've lost 3 in my life............3 houses!.........i never got any "red cross support"..........no benefits...........i just "made do", with what i had!
