- I just happened to be in town when a storm passed over, so I decided to film it & show the epic storm clouds and views from Blackpool Promenade.

Hi Stephen. I hope you didn’t get too wet. But I think you are used to it by now. Here in Berlin was sunny 32c today thunderstorms are forecast for tomorrow and Thursday. Tomorrow 30c and on Friday only 17c ? warmer again next week. Thank you very much for sharing your weather updates for Blackpool. That was strange a thunderstorm and no wind. Berlin seems to have temperature extremes compared to Blackpool, even though I'm guessing a similar latitude. Weather there influenced by a different system to us.

Woooooooow!That was full on Stephen. No thunder here in North Yorkshire. Started raining at about 1am and has not stopped all day. Very heavy at times. Still pitter pattering now. The views of the clouds and sea and tower, very dramatic. 😊

Gruesome weather you're having, rain, thunder, you'd think it was mid winter. Tower looking lovely as ever. A rain mac and umbrella store would be doing a good trade there in Blackpool. 😂 Thank Stephen for braving the weather to show us the sights in the rain.

Its lovely in the Tower, went in a few years ago, went up the tower, i was too scared to walk on the glass panel but my daughter loved it😊

Good evening Stephen the Embassy darts used to be the BDO which is now the WDF. The PDC was formed in 1993 as the WDC (World Darts Corporation)
The Tower is a great building
It has been a wet day in North Wales, and now it is raining again with thunder.

We are going on holiday to Chester Saturday and we are going to visit Blackpool one day next week. Will keep an eye out for you.

Hi Stephen loved watching and playing darts with my brothers and dad in the seventies my favourite was Jocky and Bobby George I still have a dartboard in My hallway and still play now and again 😊

Ahh, I didn't know that. I see it's been rebranded as the WDF, and continues to take place at the Lakeside in Frimley Green.
Good video Stephen and what a nightmare this weather is. The Tower building is lovely inside and have been there many times.

Hi Stephen, horrible here till 2pm so humid and warm,then rain started at 6 big black clouds around but no thunder which is surprising with the humidity. Don't think we'll get a nice summer 🌞,kids break up Week on Friday for their summer holidays,just want a bit of nice weather then,as we have our youngest granddaughter 4 days a week , she'll be ok entertains herself mostly but always likes to go to the park. It was called the British darts organisation,, Used to watch the darts in 70s and 80 s , it’s not the same anymore, Lowe bristow Wilson etc , the best ,

it was the BDO that the PDC separated from its still around i think mainly for the younger dart players most of the big names in darts moved across to the PDC which has gone on strength to strength , another great video ,very informative and great to see different parts of Blackpool , i hope one day i might bump into while your vlogging .

My wife and I stayed in The Adelaide House in 1976..we were Bed Breakfast ,and Evening meal and the Carpenters, The Landlady had only one Carpenters cassette tape and we got it morning ,noon and night ,, Happy Days.................

Just come back from St Annes and we were out in it,sat in one of the shelters over looking the sea,alas we had no beer! Pretty amazing. Have you seen what they are doing to JR Taylors big gym and spa. Thanks again Stephen

Thanks for the video Stephen, fancy not bringing a coat, you'll catch your death of cold. Used to watch the darts years ago myself somehow not so keen these days not keen on the musical accompaniments that goes with it. Thunder loud no lightning wonder why. Irish sea like a millpond bet it's not like that for long. Kicking off in Blackpool again wonder why no sirens. If you ever get to that "sorry not in service" place let us know what it's like as we see it a lot here too.😂😂😂

Leopard Grove, used to have the Gas Showroom on the corner... and Brentford nylons back in the 70s.
There was also a garage named after the road.
