I am an 80 Year old grandmother and I still loved watching you work on all the tractors
Pushing 50 here...the only thing better than the sound of a tractor is the smell! Diesel and dirt is an intoxicating aroma
I miss being around them after growing up on the farm.
60 here (yikes!) cannot believe mechanics can be so much fun., huge thanks.
59 yr here😊. Not having any brothers, my sisters and I were “helpers” to our dad. We learned tools and could hand them when needed, even learning basics like changing oil and rotating tires. I love seeing Joel working on the very necessary equipment and Gavin jumping in to help the team. My momma’s heart is so proud of both you young fellas and the men you are growing to be.❤😍🚜
Gavin- "They weren't available so I came to help" I love his quick wit 😅
"I went to get the big guns. They weren't available so I came to help" 😆🤣
I am snacking on shelled green peas
Bryan is a good manager and leader. He utilizes everyone's strengths and preferences to get the daily work and goals accomplished. And he leads by example.
I don’t understand that you are only at 32.9k. All the input that you have done for your vlog….come on people.
Omg .....what I meant is I want him to do really well.he should be at 100k I love his vlog and he is such a nice guy. Hit the like button and subscribe.
Totally agree!!!
Really enjoyed this video. Never thought in a million years I'd ever say I enjoyed watching an oil-changing video but here I am. Lol. It was great, Joel & Gavin. Thanks!
No matter what jobs you cover in a video, I always learn something! It was great to see Gavin today.
I’m an ex trucker. When I did my maintenance on my vehicles, I kept a journal. I do the same thing with my horses, including body measurements for blankets and halters. On vehicle I include Oil used by weight and gallons. Wrench and socket sizes. Filter info, including air filters. Hrs and mile. For me. Works great for preparing..
Very organized. Saves time.
It always amazes me how many different skills you need to work on a farm/horse farm. As the wife of a service station owner, maintenance is everything when taking care of vehicles. Nice to see you doing this for the veggie boys tractors. Love how you all help each other
Hahaha. “Can’t make this stuff up” was perfect. Gave me such a good laugh! Anyway you maintain your great can-do or can-figure-out attitude no matter what happens. Bravo! Carry on! 🙂
We enjoy seeing all jobs on the farm! Very important stuff to pay attention to! Your family is great!
Need a dry erase board for the garage to keep notes about when maintenance is done so all can see. 😃
Happy birthday America…from Canada 😊
Love the checklist Gavin-excellent work Joel🚜🚜🚜🚜
There is Never Down Time on the Farm. 🤔👍🙏
As a women, I have to say I enjoyed this video, it was very informational. Also if I may say, the beards look awesome!! You guys wear them well!! Thanks again for a great video!!
Awesome! Thank you!
You need to drain both sides of the oil pan. The front driveline separates the oil pan.
That’s exactly right
Joel you are a man of many talents 👏👏👏👏👏👏 What a long hot dirty tiring day. Hi Gavin 😊 Well done on getting all the tractors sorted 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 Love from the UK x
Joel, you seemed like you should have been able to solve all the issues! Never put that on yourself!
There are other people in your village who can help. You are one thorough fellow!!
SMILE ‼️
Congrats on getting maintenance done, nice to see😊
WOW WOW LEFTY IS THE BESTY....LOVE HOW HE WORK ON THE TRACTORS.. GAVIN AND JOEL GREAT TEAM.. VIDEO GREAT.. KEEP IT UP JOEL; !!!!
Hi Joel & Gavin
Hi from Melbourne Australia.
As to what I am eating.
Tomato on multi-grain bread...😅😅
Joel you are a great guy with how you ease in and out of the Veggie Boys days.
As you say what goes around comes around (help with the harvesting comes to mind.)
Thankyou to both of you Joel and Gavin for everything that you do around the Stables and what you do for the family.
And a special thanks for including us in your lives. ❤❤
See you in the next one👋👋
Snacking on Wild Turkey 101, one glass at a time.
Brian air filter, and all for this baby. Remember equipment has to be loved, and cleaned. Let us know .
Thanks Joel, was an interesting part of farm life. I watched and I’m a girl!
As a good parent, my son taught all his children to change the oil and the tires when they got their first driver`s license. He had four girls and one son and wanted to equip all of them to be able to take care of themselves in case of a flat tire or other emergency.
Lunch today; Pulled Pork BBQ sandwiches. Yum!!! 😊😊
Ranch is part of any good snack sirs!
Good to see you and Gavin
Eating potato salad, corn, green beans with potatoes and a hot dog for the 4th. Happy 4th to everyone!🎉
Gavin! Always good to see you two together😁..there is always so much to do at the farm/stables, and you know how to do it all..impressive!
Great video 👍👍
I ate too much supper so I am not eating anything right now my stomach hurts. I’m just watching y’all and listening to fireworks
Great day Joel!
Breakfast... always breakfast when watching you guys!
Joel you have a great sense of humor!🤣😂😂😅
Gavin, You are always around to save the day! Joel, you are the mechanic for the farm. What you can not do, I am very sure Petey can, if you ask nice enough. LOL. Thank you for sharing your world. See you in the next one.
Question of the day: What music do you listen to when you are on the tractor?
Next time you see that something needs to be pressure washed before changing the oil. Pressure wash! That way you keep the dirt from contaminating the new oil and you will see if any wires or parts etc are loose or need to be put out of the way to change the oil.
Close all the covers. There may be a kill switch on the engine covers
No snacks. I am having a Sweetwater 420 extra pale ale.
Great summer beer
Chocolate covered almonds
FYI: I found a very useful article. I found it at ACE hardware inside Giant Eagle Garilla tape that is WATERPROOF. Would help with the bales of hay covered in plastic. I did a slight over lay. I’m amazed how talented you are in many many ways.
Gavins call outs are the best!!. The big Guns
Soup and Chips.
No Joel I just checked my garden and harvested some spearmint and filled my jugs with rain water (it poured yesterday so my 300 gallon tank is full too!) so I’m snacking on ice water! Great video hi Gavin!
Hawkins Cheezies, the best Canadian cheesie snacking poofs to watch Stable Life/Veggie Boys/Broyans Farm with 😋
Yogurt... I wish it was chips, lol, but after the dentist... Yogurt it is.
Good job on the maintenance you were able to do.
I think all that accumulated dirt in the engine compartment got rearranged and now it won't run. It has to be in a certain order. That's how farm equipment works.
Yeah, I bought a set of metric Allen wrenches and found my metric bolts use SAE Allen wrenches. You have to love it when it when a plan comes together... Hannibal of the A-team... Ha Ha.
Joel, you know you’re going to see something that you want…
Good day to all.
IDEA - Why don't you write the size of tool you need to open the drain plug on the oil filter e you write the hours or mileage so don't have to guess the tool size?
Snacking on cheetos & caviar
ice cream cone lol
Nacho cheese doritos. And I dipped them in baked beans. They're really good that way, try it.
I always love the content no matter what was filmed. Happy 4th of july snacking on left over potato salad & hot dog 🌭
Not snacking yet, but thinking about a mater sammich
You change oil when it needs to be changed, never go by miles or hours. Cause sometime u do drive it harder and it might need changing sooner.
Well I'm snacking on fresh peaches that I'm canning because here in Southeast Texas peaches are in❤
Tacos while watching lol
Joel, maybe those sides need to be back on the skid loader as a safety measure in order for it to crank.
Always love your videos, thanks for sharing. Wow, you're a jack off all trades. You do soo many things, they are lucky to have you on board and Gavin as well 😊 how is the kittie? Loving her new home I'm sure 🐱 its the 4th of July holiday, having a bowl of ice cream 🍨
I had just finished eating dinner and I had bbq ribs with coleslaw and baked beans with hash puppies
mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Hash puppies will set you right. then i get cravings for hush puppies. Go figure!
QOTD Does the sounds of birds always chirping in the barns all day drive you crazy? lol

PEANUTS!!!!!!! Hahahaha
BK sausage egg and cheese croissant
Great job Joel ✌️
Thank you Joel! Now I think I could manage to change the oil in my car. Whoo hoo!
Nacho chips with melted cheese and jalapeño peppers 😢
I'm not eating...I'm shelling purple hull peas
MnM peanutbutter and water
Hot Tamales candies ‼️
Thank Joel for the tractor maintenance video today. While we don't own anything as new as what you do or what you've been working on for the Veggie boy's, it was still educational. We have a 1972 International diesel tractor (boy does that fuel stink 🤢) & a Ford 8N (I forget the yr). But it's getting close to oil & filter changes for us, our gauges don't work, so it's a guess. Lol but we don't put the hour's on them like you guy's do, though my youngest son tries. Lol most girl's/women aren't interested in stuff like this, but have always been. I had the desire to work on car's when I was 3. I tried helping my cousin & my dad work on my cousin's hot rod, but I was a klutz & knocked a socket wrench off the fender into the motor side & knocked over a bottle of oil into the motor side. My dad was the recipient of both. So I got sent inside. Lol
But you reminded me why I like the old stuff. Way easier to work on then the new fancy one's. Lol
Keep up the good work.
Great job editing Gavin. 😊
Great job on the maintenance. You should make note on your phone what size tool you need for the tractors; you can use this video to refresh your memory. It will save you time and energy.👍👏
Machinery is what I work on woman should know about machinery . You learn quite a lot and it’s interesting watching how other ones do their work .
I wear gloves as well so oil won’t get under my nails because I also work in garden and flowerbeds plus milk cows by hand. Awesome Joel , need oil filters changed clean oil put in , battier check carburetor check , starter check , tires check, lights check and brakes and washed.
Maybe the bucket has to be lowered before it will start?
Live in Florida eating a popsicle
Got here late, it's morning in the UK therfore I'm eating toast with a nice cup of tea.
Look at all you accomplished today! Even got some help from Gavin!
My snack today is walnuts, pecans, pepitos and dried cranberries! Yum!
Man scary. Chips and salsa.
I think it's time to have a service pit on the farm with all those tractors and trucks. Hope the skid steer will start again soon. Greetings from Australia
PBJ
Cashews... Impressive skillset Joel.
Re snacking: Just finished dinner - tom kha soup (Thai coconut soup) with rice, and now sipping home brewed kombucha. (Almost 5pm and 92°, but feeling a bit under the weather thus the soup. )
granola snacking
Nice video . There is always something to do on a Farm . i always put the date , hrs , type of oil , and plug size on the new filter when doing this . Just me i guess . - snacking ..... hmmm does Angry Orchard count ? LOL
I, also, just fill and check until it's at the right level BUT I would suggest writing how many gallons it took on the new filter so you know for next time!
Potential question of the day... Which current horse has the biggest personality? Do you prefer to work with horses that have big personalities, or ones that are more skittish?
Had some leftover sweet potato waffle fry poutine with chicken and a maple glaze. The local restaurant makes killer poutine, hard to find in Maine. Love all the content.
Hi Joel, Great job today!!! Popcorn for me!
Reese's Pieces
Good job!
Snicker bar and coffee yum
You had a busy day !! 😀😀
If you write the size of the wrench on the top of the fan shroud then you will have next time
Corn dog and sour cream lays. You might need to blow it out to see under their.
Worse part of driving heavy equipment is maintaining them, did you grease everything too and change the fuel filters
sorry not snacking is dinner time for me so steak rice and corn
Very nice!
You need a filter wrench. ❤
just pulled some carrots from my garden... snacking on that w/ hummus
Cheetos!!!
