I think this style of let's play and having the bit alerts on during gameplay is the best style for the future. I know some of the RUclips audience doesn't like it, but your humor and personality shines when chat is involved
Same thoughts. The cuts are a bit too rapid for my liking as we're jumping between lot of places and (there needs to be little empty time to adjust between scenes and jokes), but this feels like the right direction.
I very much disagree. I've always disliked alerts. You can still involve chat without alerts

This format is a big step in the right direction! Adding background music would enhance future videos by giving them more texture and depth. It would also keep viewers engaged during quieter moments and create more opportunities for comedic timing, similar to the style used by RUclipsr DougDoug. Hey Stephen! I saw your last video about your channel update. I think with RUclips’s algorithm, I genuinely think that videos like this Skyrim video will go really well. Anything funny moments and fast paced videos usually seem to be successful for peoples channels. Now I don’t make videos (obviously) but from every channel that does these… usually go well it seems. I dunno :) hope everything’s well. You’re a great content creator, keep it up!

I'd like that as well! During the streams, art does get featured during breaks or at the end. I most notably recall the fanarts from the Pokémon Let's Go Eevee/Pikachu and the Breath of the Wild/Tears of the Kingdom ones. The community is wildly talented and hilarious in their arts 😂

This is an excellent way to lead up to Extra Life this year. This is the kind of beautiful chaos we can expect not just from chat/donations/art but also Stephen and Friends.
man I love seeing skyrim content, I know you 100% beat the game in the original LP but Skyrim just holds a special place in my heart. I remember when I found your channel in 2012 your most recent video was Skyrim episode 60. I was 14 and had just gotten into Skyrim and your LP helped me also nearly 100% complete it... unfortunately due to PS3 stuff my game save was too bloated to continue but following the adventures of Argyl and Faendal was part of my experience with the game.

The whiplash of seeing a clickbait thumbnail ont his channel is wild. I don't say that as a bad thing, I agree that it is what the algorythm seems to want but still, it made me giggle quite a bit! Here's to fighting the algorythm and keeping the channel going! Love the video by the way!

As I said at the time, it's unfortunate that nobody got the joke that the people spawning crabs were clearly referencing the previous set of Skyrim Remastered videos where Stephen was absolutely convinced he was going to find a crab at some point. (To quote Chaz, "Update on Hidden Crabs found: 0/0")

I commented on your update video that I would be more apt and able to watch stuff edited like this (although I imagine this video was already finished by then lol), and I think I was right. I really enjoyed this. I think it would be better if it was a bit shorter, but this is a change I like. The humor is packed in a bit tighter than a traditional LP, which is a huge plus for me.
I don't know how I feel about all the stream animations in the video, but sure hope Bioshock supports crowd control ;)
