Can't believe I forgot about this film. It's awesome. Bancroft is stunning.

God I love Roger Ebert. He and Gene Siskel being the two most famous film critics in history, both straight men who were so supportive of the gay community long before it was ever fashionable to be so, were so important to our cause. RIP to both.🌹🌹
P.S.: I've seen Torch Song Trilogy twice and it is a great film. I'm so glad Roger Ebert loved it.

Funny. He says four stars in this review but in his written review it's three-and-a-half.
