I'm using a cellphone to watch the video and make this comment. I'm not in the care and control of a motor vehicle or even walking down the street, I'm seated at home. I too miss the days when landline phones were all there was ... Payphones that took change.

As much as I still miss my dad after 41 years. To this day I am very confident he would never have bought a cell phone.

Dinner time at home, No cell phones at table, & no watching T.V,
Sunday dinner was a bit special, If Mum says be here by 3 p.m,
You was never late, Dad was the breadwinner,
But our home was Mums domain, She ruled, No if's No but's!
Land line phones at home with rotary or wall phones. Pay phones in public and box phones on side roads for er if needed. 👍

Amen ! I don't know where my phone is. I only have the thing so my wife can call with nothing to say. I wish she'd ask the real question. Wonder what you'd accomplished if I hadn't bothered you? We'll never know now will we!

Not to mention the lack of privacy! My phone even monitors my driving and reports to my insurance company. I can look to see where that I am located even which room in my house.

I was at a lunch with a group of older ladies, 60 and older, and one just talked about talking on phones during meals and she was the one who answered her phone.
How about the girls putting on their make up while driving looking in the mirror unbelievable and texting
There is a law about texting and driving but it's rarely enforced. Yes I am on my phone, but if I lost it today, well, oh well. My favorite times I have is when I go camping because the only way I answer the phone is if it's my wife just in case of emergency. I told her, don't call me to pickup something on the way home. When I leave, then I will call you and THEN you can tell me. And DO NOT TEXT ME. Lol. I love it out there like that.
I have a cell phone, unfortunately but I’ll tell you what I never answer the phone when I’m talking to somebody and I don’t have my face in the phone when I’m traveling or just hanging out anywhere I like looking at the world and experience in the world
If someone goes out to eat should talk to each other and not phones but the phone is why they Don't ban them at family meals

The worst thing about the dang cell phone is how many drivers are distracted on the road. Dangerous gadget for sure.
