Great phone , bought it for my wife who doesn't use a phone that much from QVC for only $99. It came with free 1500 Tracfone minutes { normally a $125 yearly cost } and other accessories which was a good value.
I've just bought this phone, very easy to set up & use. Battery is slow drain & you can set charge limit to 85% to extend battery life. Just a few things missing from this compared to my faithfull htc one 11 which suddenly died. On the whole its a great phone, so good I had to buy one for my wife as well, she too loves hers! Downside ‐ no charge plug but not a problem & the charge cable is double ended C type (why, just why?) Lack of ear phones - again not a problem. 5 stars from me.

Not a bad phone, i would say little better quality in build but Samsung and LG were always best to me. Now since i do not buy high end phones, only mid ranged ones (why trowing money on high end when you can get decent, good phone in mid range). Frankly for my needs, this A13 is quite good. It will probably stay in service for next 3-4 years.
Nice to hear my friend, get mine today, $30 a month with unlimited Everything besides data but they give 30gb, I've a unlimited data WiFi network so data no biggie. I've seen the photos and video this pH captures and it's impressive better than some phones that are high end.
The bad thing in new samsug A series set is that there is no charging led indicator and green / blue indicators to indicate miss calls or messages as one in J Series sets and other S eries mobs.

As a silent subscriber. It hurts me so much to watch these phone get destroyed. I'm here using a small Alcatel and people out here destroying phones. But I understand the purpose
@Ramon Sahadewlall thanks for the answer after 5 months, on the first day i already solved my problem because i had charger at home, but my problem was that the charger is not originally from Samsung so its has lower Voltage i think (but it still charges it fast)
Budget phone not water proof but you can give it a water proof phone case and work your way around it how ever it doesn't look better than the Samsung Galaxy A02s cover I wish they could of kept it in this phone it will make it LOOK like a flagship.

Getting mine today, I'm expecting good things, there really isn't much it Doesn't do besides nfc and it equals cameras on much much more expensive phones. A crazy nut Samsung product! Wifi failed to detect any router devices, I reset network settings and reset all settings and still it couldn’t fix it, then I need to delete all data and software, then it fully restore all the things like it’s brand new from a box. What happened if the user chose not to setup Wifi after starting the brand new phone for the first time, then reset all settings including network setting couldn’t fix it! This is so time wasting because many buyers had to bring the phone back to the store for a refund or switch to another new unopened box! What the user need to get it fixed is to delete data and softwares! I mean if the phone had never been connected to the Wifi before, then why delete all data and softwares? Bye bye Samsung!

The Samsung Galaxy A13 is crap . I am in Cambodia and my Note 9 was stolen. As I am budget constrained I bought an A13 4 mb memory does not work The screen is garbage and often misses letters on input. There is an irritating delay between action and anything appearing on screen. The screen is not pixel precise on input. The sound is too low. The screen seems hollow behind. The functionality is really crap. Hand gestures don't work most of the time. Cameras are useless compared to Note 9. Pictures awful and grainy.
