    Would love to hear a take on the Bills. Lots of questions regarding their WR situation with Diggs gone, and lots of questions as to where they'll stand in AFC East with the Jets back with Rodgers, and the Dolphins looking at another strong season. Some interesting offseason acquisitions too.

    I see 17-0 and a first round playoff loss. Realistic it’s 9-8, if they can pull 10 wins off Pickett/ Rudolph/ Trubisky with a Canada playbook. They can do at least as well with more experienced QB play.

    You two are nuts... we went 5-1 last year in the division, almost 6-0. With bad QB, Bad OC.... and a weaker line. We could/should win 10 to 12 games this year. 8-2 in first 10 games, could go 4-3 on the back half.

    The problem with Steelers offense from 2020 thru week 8 2023 has been horrible offensive line. In the 1st 8 weeks of last year, the Steelers averaged 41 yds rushing per game. In week 9, the Steelers finally inserted 1st Rnd Pick Broderick Jones in the starting lineup and averaged 166 Yds Rushing per game. They drafted OT Troy Fautanu & C Zach Frazier. It is not out of the question for the Steelers to average 166 yds rushing per game for an entire season. That’s 2,800 yards rushing. The last time Russell Wilson was on a team that rushed for nearly 2,800 yards, he went to the Super Bowl. The Steelers were 5-1 v AFC North last year. Lamer is 1-3 v Steelers, Deshaun is 0-2 & Burrow is 3-2, but averages nearly 2 INTs per game v Steelers and less than 1 v everyone else. The Defense is much younger and signed Patrick Queen from Ravens. The Steelers will be top 3 in rushing, time of possession, sacks, & turnover ratio. Harris & Warren will both rush for over 1,000 yards.

    Listening to this, I can tell you don’t follow the Steelers. During the schedule talk, Kurt couldn’t find 9 wins. But I unfortunately can. The Steelers almost always at least split with the division. They beat last year’s Ravens, and the Super Bowl Bengals. They always find a way to win. They usually lose all the gimme games and win the hard one. They might go 0-6 through the first 6 weeks but then run through the gauntlet at the end of the season 8-0. That’s usually how this weird team works. It’s also why people want Tomlin gone.
    I don’t think any football fan worth their salt thinks Tomlin is a bad coach. But I think a lot of people (even if they don’t know how to say it) think the ship has run its course. As great as his defense is, without figuring out the offensive part, they are a rudderless ship. Never sinking, but also never really going anywhere where.
    The real worst thing the Steelers could be is mediocre again. I would rather them be awful for a season and have to make the hard choices and have the tough conversations about players and coaches then have them win enough games that they wanna try again. Mediocre gives you hope. It makes you think theirs a chance. But after all these years I want them to do something already.

      Great take but honestly its all about the qb. Ben would have 1 if not 2 more rings if it was not for brady. Its hard to win without a qb.

      So basically highly unlikely. Russ is focused.

    • @ifheavenwashuman
      @ifheavenwashuman Месяц назад

      @@Joel_Aleman I agree. This is the best situation across the league left for Russell Wilson. If this doesn't work out, he'll spend the rest of his career as a backup. He knows what's at stake, and Pittsburgh will allow him to get back to HIS signature style of play. Unfortunate for Fields, but another landing spot for him is almost inevitable & I'm not quite sure what team [on paper] would make sense to acquire him, as of right now.

    These guys are so clueless. Broncos def wasn’t just bad against the dolphins and they don’t have that 5 game win streak if Wilson doesn’t do his magic in the 4th quarter. Wilson will be the starter because he’s better than fields.

    Fields is more likely to lose you the game than win it

    • @choosecarefully408
      @choosecarefully408 17 дней назад

      Yup, that's Fields for you. His entire NFL career everyone wanted to know if he was crap or his roster, coaches or play-callers were. So after he called those coaches out publicly we got out answer when they finally called different plays & Fields led the _pre-D.J. Moore _*_BEARS_* to being the #1 offense the entire 3 weeks they continued that.
      This _proved_ it *was* the play-calling. & You The Fans were So Disappointed that he wasn't the real reason the Bears sucked you said "this was a fluke" & that "this proves he can't win games." Because despite out-scoring Mahomes, Allen/Diggs, Tua & Tyreek, the Bears lost all 3 games setting a record. & y'all said it was His Fault that the other teams scored more.
      This goes along with "he can't read defenses," a lie continued to this day despite the fact that this was proven false ruclips.net/video/QuhUbISnr8s/видео.html before he ever even took a snap in the NFL. What was the other one, "he holds onto the ball too long?"
      That was the Direct Result of his coaches ordering him to Not Throw to Certain Receivers even if they got open. It's why he called them out.
      If you're ordered not to throw to the Only Open Receiver, what else can you do _but_ hold onto the ball? What *are* the other choices?
