    Oleo Kusudama Stats:
    Oleo Kusudama - 30 Modules - Paper Ratio: Square - Kami or Duo Colored Paper
    Paper Measurements
    You should try to fold your first OLEO Kusudama with papers the size of 10 cm x 10 cm/ 4 in x 4 in. If you have more experience with Kusudama assembly, then you could try smaller ones. The measurements of the papers from the Oleo Dodecahedron in the video are: Blue - 7.5 cm / 3 in x 3 in; Yellow - 3.75 cm x 3.75 cm / 1.5 in x 1.5 in.
    Folding
    Folding the modules is very enjoyable, as it all fits together without any problems. If you watch the video, I give a few hints that will make it even easier.
    Assembly
    The assembly is probably the hardest part of the Oleo Kusudama. If you chose a larger paper to begin with, you will have it easier assembling your model. This model does not require any glue or other help (paper clips).

    hi I hve a question,can I use 6×6 inch square, to make this?

    • @irgendeinphangirl188
      @irgendeinphangirl188 8 лет назад

      sure! Bigger shouldn't be a problem, but if you used smaller paper, it would be really difficult.

      You could actually use any size paper as long as it is a square

    Would using a 15 cm x 15 cm paper create a problem?

      It just makes a smaller lamp. It depends what you need.

    What is the tool you use to make your folds that is off to the right?

    • @OrigamiTutorials
      @OrigamiTutorials  8 лет назад

      +Mark The Shark Hi Mark, some people use bonefolders to help them crease their folds, I use a blunt, no serrated knife that I found in my home. Both of them help you get the job done easier - without hurting your nails.

      +Origami Tutorials Thanks never would of thought to use a non-serrated knife. That helped a lot!
