+terrapin The paper I've used for this video was Korean double sided Origami paper from Jong Ie Nara. It is one of my favorite Origami papers as it has the right thickness and is available in amazing bright colors. You can find many vendors on ebay that sell this paper. If I remember correctly, most sell 12 different color combinations, but you can find even more. :)
