truly ingenious Astor Piazzolla creation of The Four Seasons of Buenos Aires!!!! For me, Katica Illenyi
possesses enormous ranges of human & otherwise emotional expression with a stone solid violinistic
technique plus dash to project the gamut of human emotions contained throughout Piazzolla's 'Over the Top' score ~ My Gosh!!! I'm 100% sure both my Violin Mentor's, Heifetz and Nathan Milstein, would truly
enjoy and find the playing of Katica Illenyi true to the Music; strong in technique for the Music's sake &
rhythmically dazzling! Mr. Milstein specifically encouraged experimentation on the violin, & Katica Illenyi doesn't hold back yet vibrantly embraces the unknown - the snake charmer swirled glissandi with Glee &
Kind artistic humour whilst 'Floating like a Butterfly and Stinging like a Bee', to quote the American late Iconic Boxer, Mohammed Ali!!!!! I could not write such metaphor's if not for the 'Katica Illenyi Effect'!!!!
