I can think of an idea, but the mod would need a slight modification. 100% Talkatoo but you physically cannot collect a moon unless it is one Talkatoo has given you. Basically, moons only become physical once you have the Talkatoo hint for them, otherwise they spawn in as though you have already collected it.
