@@styoless414 The guy never said anything about Asato being the composer. It is possible to feel a song even if you're not the one who wrote it. For example, the millions of covers that you see in RUclips.

As far as the storytelling goes, the story is as good as the storyteller, everybody can tell a story but very few can give the story true justice and leave an impact on the listeners it deserves

Would you stop talking for ever? I guess not :) I don't like the myth of "gift" and "talent". Art is mostly working again and again, hoping to create something cool. You could say "well born" but not gifted, it lets people think it's all about luck and genetics.

Not sure how much you follow Mateus but in fact he did burn out and you can find out more in his interview with Rick Beato. When someone is so good at something, everything technique-wise is at your fingertips and it’s easy to lose interest. He was MIA from social media for a long period of time for the same reason. Yes, he’s one of our generations greatest guitarists, but he’s human. There are million of guitarists that could have had Mateus’s exact upbringing and educational experiences but none could ever sound exactly like him. It is indeed a gift but that doesn’t mean it was wrought easily and naturally.

I was still very young, one of the darkest times of my life. but this song reminded me so many beautiful moments, friends, joy and smiles from that time, i see a younger, happier self. i literally replayed this song for 10 times and crying. thank you

He didn’t compose this piece though, it’s a Beatles song. Mateus arranged it very well, including tweaking the George Martin sped-up piano part, and plays it with genuine feeling.
