Who else forgot halfway through that this wasn’t Heathrow T5? Manchester Airport has always been my favourite and, although I live in Bradford and my nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International, I’ve always considered MAN to be my home airport. Its great they want to make a new terminal.
You forgot hundreds of thousands of people in the animation all being herded like cattle through the ribbon barriers and the queue of angry motorists being overcharged
Angus It’s already started. It is going to open in April 2019 and finishing around 2020. And the old terminals 1&3 will be demolished in 2022. T2 Airlines will move in April 2019.
Fails to show any significant number of passengers. The lack of staff and organisation of the current system does not bode well for the future. They need to invest in staff just as much as infrastructure. It's a crap airport compared to almost anywhere. Dublin & Dusseldorf are streets ahead of Manchester.

This will put Manchester Airport back on the map
This will surely help in our efforts to leave Manchester....
How come on this video it shows two piers and on the other it shows 3? Very confusing!
Terminal 2 will go from being tiny and crap to this massive thing, lol I, excited
Nice, but I do prefer yellow signs then white.
Looks very impressive!

Andrew Maynard Luton is the UK’s worst. Manchester is 2nd best by Heathrow so your comment is dead
