My whole life has been filled with every suffering...health, inherited problems, relationships,appearance of body,habitual addictions, lonliness, torture, loss...every area of the life in all kinds of ways. This meant that I turned towards the way of yoga to try to understand how to live with suffering and to learn how to still be kind and helpful to life itself. I studied wild creatures to see what they did. In this way of studying life, I learnt that despite suffering,its how we respond to what happens to us and how we can make it work in a better way . Eventhough through no apparent effort of our own,terrible calamities may happen to us, we have the choice to turn the suffering into a better thing. Sadghuru teaches us about this. He is a light shining in the darkness.Listen to him.
I totally agree with you..I have suffered many things too in my life.and it started as a infant.I try not to blame enyone but try to understand the bigger picture behind all of this..I can't understand why my life was so hard. and many things done to me was not by my own hands or my own will...I have always been a forgiving person so I don't think the lesson hear was to forgive people..Maybe it's something I did in a past life..I could go on and on with horror tells of my life.

Me too.and I am such a nice gentle sort of person. even kidnapped and kept as a sex slave. Terrible things. and it all sort of makes me laugh a bit, now that i am 66. By listening to Sadghuru I have been able to effectively step back from identifying completely with this dark comedy of errors that had its own life. I am so thankful for Sadghuru'S choice of words because for me, its the way he delivers the words, that has brought me the understanding.

It has to feel real, real to the point that it should make you feel this is all there is, death is the end of you and all you know, as only when you know, well, think you know there is an end to all this, only then do you fully embrace this game/experience, love means more, marriage means more, what you do and fail to do stings more, what you leave behind matters more, everything feels more important when you've got a ticking clock telling you with certainty your end is coming. The same with actual video games, it means so much more when you don't want to die, when you don't want to fail, YET, we keep playing cause we find joy at the other end of a difficult level, we feel accomplishment. Why would so many chose to play an actual video game on the hardest level? It's again, more challenging, so the feeling of overcoming something is greater. Same with life.

Liberation takes place when you free your soul from your body before leaving the body. To achieve this you need to be less and less and less every passing day until you feel like nothing facing the elements within.

That root can't have any attributes attached because it would automatically exclude it's opposite. The creator of all does not discriminate. It may sound like it is only 40 sec...but it is Bhairav yatana...from the ultimate controller of time and space. Who knows- 40 sec can be many lifetimes! Taking time dilation into consideration, what if kaal takes you through a wormhole to another planet where time is extraordinarily dilated? Then what? Nothing- absolutely nothing is as simple or as easy as it seems

I thought the goal, of life was to try to live life with less pain/suffering, and try to avoid it, but maybe its okay,pain/suffering is the indicator that charge is being lost, which inspires focus which is charge implosion.
how interesting, i've been able to achieve the full lotus posw about a few months ago, and I've been increasing my time spent in it, in my falun gong exercises. yes, there seems to be a flush of heat with my body during it, maybe I'm burning out some of my karma, or maybe my body is burning off toxins within.
I suppose there is more to know about the cause of the flash of heat from the full lotus pose, but at this time i'm rather satisfied with my progress.

For staying aware during that time you can't just do it like that , you must practice staying aware and watching yourself / your body going into sleep every night , one day eventually it will happen staying aware while your consciousness is getting out of body,hope this helps.
Perhaps this explains Jesus's suffering especially in the last moments of his life on this planet/realm.

That is an interesting point of view as to what happens to a person when they transition from this current state of being to the next. However, there seems to be something wrong with this idea & I will explain. If a person were to go through many variations of the life experience by being born into a new body then why wouldn't they have this moment of cleansing after each experience. Every single time their current body is dying. Why would one build up a bunch of lifetimes of this bad Karma & then cram the cleansing into one 40 second cleanse. The idea does not quite add up. :)
It is like many other "Ideas", constructs, projections of that kind of thought, many claim to "know" the question is how? Same with the Idea of an creator, who or what created him, does s/he speak Arabic, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Tibetan, Chinese, Japanese, Khmer, Laotian, German, Latin, Aramaic or Hebrew? And how s/he did obtain all these highly specific degrees of knowledge, such as Biology, Cosmology, Allopathy, Mathematics, Geometry and all the many other fields of knowledge and skills - how and from where? BIG question mark!

To understand God one should first understand the nature of knowledge. Knowledge inherently has no material form. That which we see is the physical representation of knowledge. For instance, imagine all light bulbs on earth are destroyed, even then the knowledge of the light bulb still exists. Since knowledge inherently has no material form it is eternal (no beginning & no end) Now with that said one needs to understand the different types of knowledge. 1st of course is the knowledge of awareness. We know that it exists because it is what we truly are. We are the knowledge of awareness & since we know that knowledge inherently has no material form, we know that what we truly are is eternal in nature. (no beginning & no end). Our bodies are the physical representation of the knowledge of all it's corresponding parts both big & small. If the knowledge of a thing didn't exist then we would never see the physical representation of it. Now if we know that we are eternal in nature, then we know that some other being did not create us, or even create the knowledge of the light bulb, since it too is inherently eternal (no beginning & no end). However, that is not to say there isn't an intelligence of awareness that has been awakened unto the knowledge of all things. (Effectively making them GOD). One could argue that there is truly only this One knowledge of awareness (GOD) in existence and it is focusing it's awareness in every variation of perceived reality simultaneously. Which effectively makes us all apart of a single whole. For instance imagine you where seeing reality through 2 different bodies at the same time and in one of the bodies you had blocked out your perception of humility & in the other body you blocked out your perception of logical thinking. Now it would still be you perceiving reality through both bodies but individually they would be perceptually separate. On the other hand one could argue that since one piece of knowledge is eternally separate from any other piece of knowledge, like the knowledge of the light bulb is eternally separate from the knowledge of a strawberry. One could argue there is a single unique piece of knowledge (That is you) combined with the knowledge of awareness effectively setting you apart from all others. Eternal none the less.
Well this question can be easily answered, because he said it requires the person to have a little awareness in their passing. If the person is not in a state of awareness during death then nothing will happen. It not such a easy feat to do either. It is like trying to be aware during your moment of drifting into sleep and even past the transition of wakefulness to sleep. Just like that, you must remain and be conscious during the transition into the realm of unconsciousness. Not many can successfully do that without the assistance of a consecrated space - hence Kashi is used as an example. It is not a certainty, but only a possibility in every human being. Either way, there is nothing wrong with trying to be conscious in the moment of death, so why not. Let's try it. Wouldn't have much else to do then anyways lol.

Looking back few thousand years and think how many mystic people in form of Yogi, sanyasis, sadhus, Priest, prophets, Budhdha, Adi Shankaracharya and so on. To my mind the person is borne with a bunch of past life karma and stored in Chitt in form of Prarabdh. Life is going on according to with opening process of petals of Prarabdh he encounters in day to day life relating to each and every aspects of life. One needs to learn to tolerate good, bad and painful situations without any complaint or in search of remedies. Let it get lost in past. Why to go or fall into fast forward system which is formulated by Nature. Surrender to Nature. Population on this planet is living like that. Adi Shankaracharya “ Chidanand Rupah Shivohum Shivohum “. Punarapi Maranam, punarapi Janani jathre Sharanam- Bhaj govindam Mudh mate”. There must an end of cycles of life. Let it stop by almighty Nature.

There are many Mansions in the realms of God, each with a path a tradition to get you back to Origin. Many masters on many teams or spiritual groups working away. Many Other beings working , working for higher vibrations. The implicit Order of the luminous Realms of the God/Supprem Being. And so it is.
As we all must have understood just philosophy will not help instead right perspective, action driven by right motive will only take care of your present and future.

'Moksha' is simply the process of disintegration/destruction of your soul into fundamental time energy (neither positive nor negative) but the ether that makes time and space. So after going through Bhairavi Yatana(the ultimate pain) there's no 'You'. Even your soul has been destroyed with no identity left.
My humble understanding.
So you just endure the 40 seconds of your last time on earth and force yourself to watch your karmic cycle? And then you reboot your software ? Does that mean essentially you can delete your own experiences with all the souls you are merged with - and then you would have to start restart the entire process as a single soul in your next life as opposed to an accumulation of souls that you acquired in many life times? Like is it good or bad to clear the souls like that . I thought the many souls are like a good accumulation of knowledge that helps your current spirit propel forward- so why would you erase those experiences ?

Spiritual life is not a joke. It's not your modern Lululemon Instagram validation lifestyle. One must commit to it and know why he is doing it. There are some fly by night spiritualists who watch some RUclips videos, read inspirational quotes, wear some spiritual accoutrements and believe they know everything and sit on some high chair, don't have the humility to listen and believe their version alone is true.

I m sorry,i didn t get it. How do we expérience that?? In İslam before death we sée everything we have done as you said in seconds but that thé moment we die. But i want to dissolve my karmas now to live in peace. How to get in high fréquencey in this World??

One thing that might help, maybe you already know, is to catch the first ten minutes sunrise over the horizon and breathe slow and deep...sometimes movement will naturally happen like water flowing. It feels more like little electric buzzing.
Surrender yourself completely at the feet of Universe, forgive those who did wrongs with you, forgive your past self, love unconditionally everyone and yourself. Stay grateful for everything you got in this life. Accept / receive the outcomes whatever universe throws at you without judgemental attitude. Wrong karma isn’t a religion. Karma is simply: CAUSE and EFFECT. Just like gravity isn’t a religion or a belief. Anyone who denies the absolute fact of karma doubts absolute reality and is lost in one’s own beliefs and thinking. Absolutes are simply absolute… independent of anyone’s concoctions.
Karma is when the mind takes another body (over and over) because the spiritual self is full of information (thoughts, images and beliefs) that wasn't trascended, that wasn't absorbed by the light of Consciousness.
And why it wasn't trascended??
Because the spiritual self never wasn't aware of all the information that was stored in itself, because of being unconscious, because it never asked itself:
Why am I this way or that way?
Who really am I?
Why do I feel this way?
Why do I think this?
Why am I angry?
Why I do this?
Why do I struggle?
Why do I suffer?
etc etc etc.
It only lived being dragged by life without knowing the reasons of its existence.
To trascend all the information stored, it is needed to be aware of them and to look at them, being conscious of every thought, of every movement that the lower mind does.
When there's no awareness, that's when you're creating all the egos that are taking your place because you are unable to take control by being aware.
You are not being conscious to bring them back to the light of Consciousness.
Being aware leads all the thoughts and images to be lightened up into Consciousness.
