Hi Pastor Skip, I'm in agreement with all that you have preached, except for the interpretation of the treasure in the field and the pearl of great price being the saved church. I believe the we were unworthy, depraved, alienated from the life of God, born with fallen nature and nothing to be desired by a holy God. Our goodness did not compel Christ to come down to die for us, because we were precious, the pre determinative counsel of the Godhead and the love for sinners did compel him to come for our rescue.
Am now watching and learning the Expound series and thank Pastor Heitzig so very much for his wonderful teaching. Also appreciate all the behind the scenes people who are responsible for getting this series out. God Bless your ministry.
