    Loved hearing about your experience with meditation. Attending a 10-day Vipassana mediation retreat was the best thing that ever happened to me for my ADHD.

    ughhhh meditation does help me but its almost painful at first

      I knowww, this is what I said at some point - the first meditation is hard... There's no way around it unfortunately. But then once we get past this first experience, it actually becomes enjoyable :)
