    LYRICS:
I wanna see your, yeah, number 1 lowest common denominator, yeah
You're so hot, you're so hot
You're so hot, you're so hot
On the outside I'm a good boy
Let me inside 'cause I'm full of joy
I don't wanna shock you but I'm an electric eel, yeah
How's that make your denominator feel?
    Think I'll surprise her
I can always depend on my great equalizer, yeah
    I wanna grind, and grind
    And grind, and grind
I kissed you once but will I kiss you again?
Be certain with sex and you'll always have friends
Your glands wanna freak, your hands wanna speak
And your mind slips away at the peak
Time stops, the light goes on
A thundering head and no body
Washed up and woke up on the beach
Seaside breakfast, a tender egg on white sand
Legs long and tan without a break, even to the neck
Suddenly, simultaneously, an eclipse and a snowfall
Flakes melt instantly on the shoulders like wet silver
Burning little holes all the way to the marrow
Puckered flesh like avocado sags into a green pool
All the birds leave turquoise ruts across the velveeta sky
    It's time to scream
I wanna be your number 1 lowest common denominator
    Number 1 lowest common denominator
    Number 1 lowest common denominator
    Number 1 lowest common denominator

I was in a hospital. 16. 1974 bicycle accident. Front wheel came off at about 40kph. Foreheads are hard at 16. I survived. Hospital for 10 days - I had one album, "something/anything," played it endlessly for days til they let me go home.
Some say, they never should've let me out! 😅

And that flanger towards the end could bring jet airplanes to flight from around the world, and wouldn't even need a pilot

AHHHHHHHH that flanger at 4:05 ... proof that Kevn Parker (Tame Impala) gained a ton of influence from Todd. He even has Todd's seal of approval when Todd did a remix of Elephant

One of the key tracks from the greatest album of the 1970s. Musically brilliant throughout - Todd is a very strong guitarist - but also captures our hopes and fears. Very honest and intelligent music.

Apparently his Dad didn't beat the shit out of him as a child. A true independent innovator of Psyhiodelic influence. A man of intense curiosity.

I wonder if Todd went ahead and canceled / reduced all like terms found in the numerator and denominator prior to doing his division to yield the final answer??? I bet he even knows the "quadratic formula" song. It's a pneumonic divice that algebra teachers use when covering use of the quadratic formula to solve polynomial equations... it helps you be able to memorize which numbers to plug in where within the formula itself... which always incorporates the use of the square root radical

Todd has said of this song, if your writing a song about sex, make it about sex. It's full of innuendo and makes men snigger.
