Even the "high end" shit that you all cream your pants over, thinking it's so great cause it's Bose. They would be much better if they were at least a bit more careful during certain parts of the production process. But good sound is all in the application; though I would never use these drivers in any of my speakers.

What's the problem? He's blowing out dust right in front of the previously cleaned baskets/motor structures; he's just blowing dust all over the place.
Rest is fine, but what about accuracy of the coil ? How will those girls know where the coil will be most efficient ? And also the glue, will it not drip when you keep the speakers upside down ?

Pay someone to put glue on a plastic ring then pay someone to flip it over. Hell I got to be an operator, maintenance and a QC inspector. Not to mention on multiple machines. Got to love the labor laws

You know damn well they slowed the conveyor down for the video so it doesn't look so crazy and sloppy, if it really went that slow half of those people wouldn't be needed on the line.
I don't believe there are all those workers to produce this kind of cheap speaker, making just one movement per assembly step! Too many employees for that job ! I think it's only for a promotional purpose and to make a good impression.
They don't clamp anything to make sure a solid bond for the glue. Also I was surprised to see a person actually using hands to glue. In the previous video no one uses glue on the magnets. This is just cheap speakers that I would not pay $5.00 for.

And that is one HELLUVA waste of magnets! those things were ridiculous and would be better off making hybrid cars or SMD 18's(yeah buddy, shout out to Steve Meade Designs). Also.....what brand is Booster or whatev? This is the same process ALL OF YOUR CHEAP GOODS ARE MADE!!! Except this shop was super clean by general standards....sad but true, buy stuff where people who make em want to!
When people ask why you buy American and spend a few dollars more this is why. 1:basic human rights, none of theses sweat shops places have even the most minute worker rights. 2:Quality of the products, Im trying to find a video of JL audio but DC is the only one on here, compare American assembly with this and the difference is quantity is still pretty high but quality is ten times better made in America. 3:They work here cuz they HAVE to, JL is cuz you WANTED to work there and get full beni's!
