Bus T21 to Mid Valley Southkey and St Giles Hotel

I took this number from JB Sentral to Mid Valley yesterday, paid RM2 for my ticket, the bus was 60% full.
Somewhere near MSC CyberPort, 2 Malay characters with small back pack came aboard, 1 took a seat in front and another sat next to me at the 2nd last row. The one sat next me placed his bag over my leg covering my pocket and that made me started staring at him. The man at the front kept looking backwards to his partner. After a distance, the man next to me changed his seat to one row behind, which was the last row, and next to a plump male.
After a few more stops, both these 2 characters alighted opposite Istana Pasir Pelangi but I observed them splitting ways after alighting, 1 walked straight into Jalan Sri Pelangi and the one who sat next to me turned left and walked against the flow of traffic.
Just a while later, the plump male started searching his pocket for his handphone and cards, had gone missing; but according to his descriptions I suspect he was pick-pocketed.
The bus was almost fully curtained and I observed that most T21 were in that manner.... that created an atmosphere for dosing off and concentration was not conducive for being alert against such characters.

There's a recent update to T21 buses EDS which shows the specific direction of the bus so no need to ask driver anymore when boarding at Midvalley 😃👍🏻

Wow, how do they now do it?

I think the EDS is now linked to the bus computer so it'll automatically change to the direction the bus going 😃 ie. when the bus arrived at JB Sentral, it'll change the direction to Permas Jaya automatically 😅 Also, they finally retrofitted ManjaLink reader in the bus 👍🏻

Do you know what’s the frequency of the T21 bus?
Or, how long did you have to wait before the bus leaves JB Sentral? And how long did you have to wait at Midvalley bus stop for the bus to arrive?

Hi, according to the bus schedule it’s around every 20mins.

Okay as a person that take T21 everyday here's some info I can give 😅
The freq. of T21 is now 20 minutes. Not more than that. And at Midvalley, you need to wait at around 20-30 mins for bus to come for both directions. Example, if the bus heading to JB Sentral goes at 2:20pm then it should arrive at Midvalley at around 2:40pm-2:50pm depending on the traffic conditions. It's vice versa for Permas Jaya heading bus as well. 😊

@@thebiannualtravellers hi, just to update. I took T21 from JB Bus Sentral to Mid valley mall and used Manja link card to tap. 0.90rm was deducted! Just to share. Paying by Manja link was cheaper
