oh lawd!! That was rough for my first time but it was awesome and I was sweating and I loved it! Although I did have a really hard time with the knee tap. I felt like I needed to hold on to something to do it. I hope it gets easier! You're amazing! You make working out enjoyable.
+Kendell Hernandez It definitely gets easier as you get stronger but the knee tap is the one i find most challenging as well! It's such a small movement but its tough to do!! I'm so super glad to hear you enjoy my workouts :)
+Kendell Hernandez I'm not sure what happened to your other comment after I approved it but Its ok if you can't go all the way down! eventually you'll be able to get lower and lower as you get stronger/ a better range of motion!

+Samantha L Hey! I would do 2-3 days a week of lower body! This can really be done more than once a week if you'd like just wouldnt do it back to back days! These type of glue targeted workouts are awesome to work into a regular squats, lunges etc type lower body routine! :)
i have two quick questions: 1. how many times a week is this good to do? 2. does this tone and make the butt look rounder? or get rid of fat? or all three lol thankyou! love your workouts
+KaylaKouture You can do it every other day if you'd like! I would just avoid doing it back to back days to give your gluten a break! I would combine some good cardio intervals, workouts like these and maybe some traditional moves like squats/lunges for that! This is a great start though!
