Constantly puzzled when experienced car journalists are suprised by that volume knob on Audis, 20 years later. It is not placed away from the driver for his/her inconvenience, it is always placed on the passenger's side of the car for their convenience..., the driver has a volume rotary knob under his/her thumb.

The seats aren't very comfortable, for me the lumbar support doesn't support enough. The volume switch is in a bizarre position. The suspension is quite hard, and the road noise is quite noticeable.
Wife was interested in getting a Q3. Went to the dealer over the weekend for a test drive. Very disappointed in the $46, 000 vehicle. All their Q3s were loaded up minus the 20" inch wheels. This vehicle is loud. You can hear the engine at almost any speed. Handling feels loose in all modes. Hard sufaces every where. My 2021 Turbo Mazda CX5 feels sooooooooooo much better than this vehicle and only cost me $31000.
