Huh, mine must be a much older version of this. I'm in the market for a new one and I'm looking for something pretty close to what I got, but I got mine second hand after quite a bit of use. I've had it for 5 years now and it's served me pretty well, but I think it's probably time for me to start looking for a new one that was custom-made for me. and is a bit more comfortable At least I know what kind I have now. This was very helpful.

I am contacting you in regards to an inquiry I have about my brother’s wheelchair. We just received it today and don’t have much knowledge about the controls and the functions that come with the it. His wheelchair is a little bit different than the one that you have in the video. His is almost the same just without the handle and he uses his head to control it. We were just wondering if the same functions were available for his wheelchair since they look so much alike and some of the functions are also similar to that of his wheelchair. His just says quantum edge. Would his also be able to fold out like that? In terms of the feet part, specifically.

How do I change the speed?
Hello sir..mif you had to lower this chair into your basement through the trapdoor on the side of the house how would you do it
That would be very difficult to do. These power wheelchairs weigh about 250-300 pounds without someone in them. I do not know if the 4 anchor points could hold the weight of the chair if you were to use chains and hooks to lift it up with a tow truck or small crane. You could contact a local mobility company to partially disassemble / remove the seating section to make it smaller and somewhat lighter, then it might be easier to lower into trapdoor or carry downstairs with 2-3 very strong people. Removing the batteries would take out another 75 pounds. Then the mobility people could reassemble the chair in the basement if that is the only place the user would be.
An alternative would be if the trapdoor has steps leading out then cover the steps with 1/2”-3/4” plywood, reduce chair weight as above, fasten 2 each ropes or chains to both rear and front tie down points and lift - lower / roll chair down the wooden ramp but CAUTION, ramp is steep so control with the ropes/chains is super important to prevent it from getting away from you and crashing. So lots of help and caution is needed. You would have to leave batteries in to use the built in brakes which may or may not hold well on that steep of an incline, therefore the ropes-chains and very strong people or even tied to a car or truck winch?
Wheelchair is super expensive so be very very careful.

The ramp may to steep or the shocks in the front of the unit need to be loosened

Hello my husband has ilevel Quantum chair just like yours
But it’s almost 5 years old January 2020 the company charged his insurance for the chair and we call for repairs
When they do come they don’t fix everything that we say is wrong with the chair my husband has heart. Issues he just had a quadruple bypass surgery in June he is diabetic and high blood pressure and on dialysis now,
I’m also in a quantum power chair I have brittle bone deseas. And I’m 37ft tall
We both have good insurance
But Wilpage repair company is
Milking our insurance and not fixing the problems with his chair ,

There’s a little green ball now that ball has a red X and the chair won’t do nothing at all

The red x is on when the seat is to reclined or tilted.Bring them down to normal level ans red X will away. Marc

We have (2) that just came in. The one in the video is sold but I have (2) others that will be posted online shortly. Yes these can be driven with the seat elevated. Sorry, this custom chair does not come apart. You use a lift from a full size van, bus or ramp from a mini-van
The chair cannot fit in any type of car or even most SUV’s because of size and can’t be broken down much smaller, plus the base along weight over 200 pounds. Usually needs at least a minivan with lift or accessible ramp.

What does it mean when you turn the chair on and it says “break one not connected”?
It could be that the chair in not in gear on both motors
