i love how ceroba’s red attacks just straight up uses the kamehameha charge sfx
What happens if you go to teamwork part of Steamworks without ceroba?
It will become neutral because the only time you go Into steamworks without ceroba is neutral or genocide but you don't have the requirements for genocide so it just defaults to neutral

(The game is obviously going to crash or just spawn ceroba out of nowhere but whatever)
It probably just assumes Ceroba is there anyway.
I know it crashes on pacifist if you have Martlet as your follower at the console right before Axis, so presumably the game would die if you did that

In undertake yellow, what happens if you call the mail whale before the fighting axis in the Ceroba teamwork bit because she stops you from calling it and after starlo comes and you call it to check mail he has a letter written warning you but you can only access the letter after you find that out and you’ve defeated Axis (I mean you spared him btw)
So like, hack and forcibly remove Ceroba's restriction and access the mail whale anyway before sparing Axis?
The game isn't coded to get the letter earlier than that event. So the only way to trigger the mail whale's appearance is to tell the game that the axis battle/Ceroba's reveal has already happened.

the game will probably crash on a pacifist route, on a genocide route he'll probably turn into whatever the failsafe monster is then dust and have the game continue as usual

You can't really do that since flowey resets back to the beginning of your turn before you can select anything.
