if there’s people struggle, do one part of the routine first. practice it slow, then practice it fast. once you perfect that, go on to the next half and do the same. then you can do the dance all together and it will look amazing. trust me, it really helps.

I know everyone says this, and I know its hard for you since you will often get discouraged, but you just have to keep practicing. This is a fairly difficult dance, so I recommend starting with beginner or intermediate.
As for getting discouraged, every dancer goes through that. Sit down for a bit, breathe, cry if you have to. Listen to some music. And you have to remember that all of these dancers you see started at the same place you did. Determination and hardwork will pay off!
The only way to be a good dancer is to keep trying and not giving up

Tbh when i first started learning this, i gave up in like two minutes but then i watched the 10 minute challenge he did with Nicole on this and his 'speech' and i was like if she can do it then i definitely can and i did. So proud lmaoo

Could you please post a mirrored dance (I mean with music, without explaining)? It would be helplfull for some people who would like to practice some parts with music and looking at u and Tati dancing. I tried to use the one that you've posted but it's impossible to use as a help bc I see everything differently (not mirrored).

only on perfected the first part in 20 minutes, he is too fast so I have to rewind a lot. I am stuck with the leg movement in 2:28 but I will try to learn it, update coming soon. By the way I am a first-time dancer.

Hi! You can adjust the playback speed on the video. Hope this helps ❤
you just have to pay attention.
To playback slow.
1) Click the setting button on the video
2) You’ll see ‘Speed’. Click on ‘Normal’ and a drop down menu will appear
3) Click 0.5 or any lower speed to your liking.
*This is how you slow down the video in order to slow down their dancing. Hope this helps!*

at first when I saw this I messed up so many times and gave up but the I saw the video of this on the 10 min challenge with Nicole and her speech made me more confident and it only took me 2 days to learn without messing up. I’m so happy 😁
lets talk about how i'm trying to learn this dance at 4am instead of sleeping knowing i cant dance for crap .-.
tip for people who are following this, if you find it too fast u can always adjust the olayback speed.. I think it helps a lot

I think mirrored are easier to learn bc you dont have to the opposite of what he's doing. And yeah u might get confused while watching the dancing video with the music but if u really know the steps it should be okay for u. (Im a person who really Has trouble learning choreography fast and believe me, its harder if u have to do the opposite of whats shown to u while trying to learn it)

I find it harder to follow a mirrored one than a normal one. When I look at a video I analyse everything first then just get in my head that I should just do the opposite. But I guess it all depends on the person
I also think that mirrored ones are much easier to learn

I also struggle with this sometimes, what helps me is to just watch the performance video over and over until I get a vague outline in my head. Then I can start matching them up.
