I don't need a full ship tour. Your strength is teaching us how to do stuff and perhaps inside tips and tricks. I even like how you show us the boarding process and which lines to go in. Then when it comes to port days, I like seeing your adventures when you do things on your own and not ship tours. Even though we do several cruises a year, I feel I'm always learning something from you! There are other vloggers out there doing ship tours and I'll check them out if I want to see the NCL Prima in all its glory.
That part around 1:30 really showed us the scale and impressive first impressions that Prima affords - she looks like SUCH a beautiful ship!

Have fun! The NCL Drink package cannot be beat. I went from NCL to Royal and almost passed out at how much their drink package was! Completely unnecessary price gouging.

Totally agree! Even as someone who doesn't drink that much, you miss that easy, "Ooh, sounds like an interesting drink. Sure I'll try it! YOLO!" experience when you don't have the package and have to pay full price for that YOLO gamble. That said, RCCL's liquor package cost as much as the cruise itself. Ridiculous! I did not get a package on my Royal cruise, nor did I do any specialty dining. (NCL giving people 2 specialty dining credits for like $20 is Excellent!)

Hey Jay, I enjoyed watching your embarkation day on the Prima. I believe I saw you speaking with Bram Seas The Day, another talented vlogger, concerning the value of the NCL Deluxe Beverage package. It is indeed a fantastic deal, and even increasing the package all the way up to Deluxe, if your viewers enjoy drinking fine Cliquot champagnes and amazing wines, even the expensive ice wines, as well as lovely cognacs, and unlimited Starbucks, they will definitely get all the bang for their extra bucks spent.

Yes, I too would love to see a tour of the entire ship. Looking forward to taking the NCL Prima in the future
That "Barge" that was next to the ship is likely a fueling tanker. When it is alongside, they typically close off that side/area of the ship so that no cigarettes or anything else has a chance to go over the side of the ship. That's likely why the ropes were up while that was going on. I've seen it numerous times on NCL while in ports, but once they are done you are free to roam around.

There are plenty of full ship tours out there. Skip it and do what you enjoy!

Yes do a cruise ship tour if all areas. I have been searching for one and have yet to see someone do one from on board. So far I've only seen clips from things that have been published online. From what I can see no one has done an independent walk through. I think you would have tons of views because there aren't any out there yet.

I was going to book a cruise with my grand daughter for 2023 on the Prima. But had no idea they have Solo Cabins. So I will be going solo on the Prima. After my cruise with my Grand daughter on the Escape in March. The ship is Stunning. Looking forward to your Vlogs.

Thanks for showing how the Indulge food court works. I was on the verge of cancelling based on a full video tour I'd seen, but you made it seem much more accessible.
The ship tours r awesome but if u can wake up early and just do a walk around the ship so really, just a partial ship tour just for a feel of the ship would be cool. We want you to have lots of fun on the ship and have a relaxing time but still get a feel for what’s located on which deck and things similar to this embarkation tour. Have an awesome cruise!!!
You asked about a ship tour. Something different that no one does and I would love to see is a bar tour. It can be done over the entire cruise, but showing each bar in one video and showing that bars "specialty" drink(s) and discussing the Vibe of the bar. I would love to see that about the Prima.

I just returned from a 8 day cruise with MSC Seashore and their atrium is just the same, although the walk around is spectacular. Have a wonderful time.
No need for an “official full ship tour since you get the various parts of the ship in your videos (such as this one). Spend your time having fun and showing us the ship while you do so. I think the studio area is a cool concept.
Cool footage, also get some footage of the entertainment onboard. I actually worked with the male and female duo musicians at the beginning of the video. If you get a chance tell them Alvincible from carnival said what’s up…
Nice vid J. Yes doing a full ship tour is rather lengthy if you are into doing that but whatever venues you want to feature is a tour in itself. Pick out which areas you want to tour. I'm good with that. I'm on your channel to get inside tips and informative perspectives from your point of view. I do check out full ship tours from Harr Travel and Matt from Royal Caribbean. J. Great seeing this vid. Omg. The Prima. Looking forward to the solo cabin tour. It looked like as you entered the room the bathroom was open. It was quick so didn’t see a door. Look at that. Order your food on the screen and they bring it to you. J you took the word pizazz right out of my mouth. Royal does have amazing pool deck. Especially the kids area. Agreed J. I am surprised to see the line for unlabeled luggage. On all my cruises, we always had to have the luggage labeled with the luggage tag printed myself or sent from the cruise line.
On our last cruise on the NCL Getaway, our arrival time to the cruise terminal I selected during online checkin was 10:30am, but no one ever checked.
I want to know about the theatre that transforms to a club at night…if you could grab some footage of that it would be awesome! Enjoy your trip!

hehe.. Looks like they factored in plenty of ways for you to spend extra $ while you’re onboard.. My ‘on a side note’ thought is that if (the collective) you have a couple of drinks too many, you might be roaming the halls late in to the night trying to get to your bed..
Howdy! Love your videos! I'm more interested in the ship experiences rather than a ship tour. There are others who have done ship tours of Prima; if people want that, they can go watch others' videos, but the videos about the experiences on the actual ship (and the associated extra costs about those experiences) are fewer. Thanks for enjoying it for us! That said, I have a question: are drinks ordered via the tablet in Indulge included in the Free at Sea package? I've heard they're not included in the self-serve wine/beer areas. Thanks!
