About 40 years ago I saw Armored Saint at the Thirsty Whale. A bunch of young , lean, hungry long haired metal heads. Sometimes certain memories are best left undisturbed.
My first saint show was in 89 in San Pedro. It was Dave’s second to last show. He still brought the pain. That solo on chemical euphoria was fuckin fire.
Just saw them in Atlanta tonight. Awesome performance and great tracklist, the crowd loved them. Will be back to see them again next time they're in Atlanta
These guys should have been more popular! I seen this band back in 2008 at a festival called Rocklahoma and they kicked heavy metal ass just like they are doing in Albany,NY!
@LiveCuttz i saw them in a battle of the bands when they were local have signed Saint including Dave saw him again when he had lost a lot of weight ( leukemia)
I also saw the Halloween Grim Reaper Tour in 87'. Halloween played first, while Grim Reaper headlined. Armored Saint was placed in the middle of that bill w the amazing Dave Prichard on guitar. Epic 🤘
