I think booker was always ok with putting guys over but in the matt morgan case, he didnt want to get squashed. which I personally think having a great long match with booker would have put morgan over more than a squash
He didn't put him over clean though. The lights went out at the end. Clean victories are more credible for establishing a rep.

I really don’t get why new management won’t bring back Lockdown as a PPV. I always saw LockDown as TNAs 3rd biggest PPV. The Lethal Lockdown match is something innovative that no other company does.

@Darren Davis The whole fiasco with Hogan, Bischoff, and the move to Monday Nights ruined TNA. By 2014, TNA was at its worst point and 2015 was boring
Since 2016, it's been getting better though

But, TNA has great stars in company like Hogan, Flair, AJ, Joe, Sting, Angle, Storm, Roode, Aries, Lashley, MVP, Kennedy, Steiner,etc. unlike WWE who only had Cena, Punk, Bryan, Sheamus, Big Show, few part-timers and became boring.

Because of this, TNA 2011-2014 is often deemed worse than WWE because of the circumstances

Some reasons where the schedule was way way lighter TNA would tape say two weeks for four weeks of shows. This allowed more time off also for a long time tell the hogan Bischoff era TNA was mostly only in Florida so not much traveling.
There was also the fact that wwe was starting to get very PG while TNA not as much Cena was also big but don’t think that is their main reason for leaving
