This "Lone wolf" gimmick has to be the best one of AJ Styles' whole career. He actually played a proper character and showed personality, while being aggressive, vicious yet calm and calculating. Plus he was amazing in the ring like always.

Angle looks to be on the tail end here. Still had speed but was looking a little rigid and stiff. Now he is a shell of himself, but at least he’s aware of it. He knows he’s not what he used to be. Respect to an absolute legend

This run really changed him for the better, made him shake up his formula, changed his moveset and put in little tweaks here and there. Before this, he was just another cruiserweight.

i actually enjoyed the commentary so much on this match. tazz with his technical knowledge playing the pompous douchey heel was amazing and tennay feeling outsmarted projected through his tone was so good. And the whole commentary was based on the match which itself told a beautiful story. Good stuff

This is a high quality classic. It levels up to a sold out ppv. Both Angle and Styles are legends who put on 5 star matches for most of their illustrious careers. I miss this mighty Angle performance and I love this version of AJ more masculine and disciplined than the wack version of wwe. Too bad that wwe mistreats its legends.
