This video is very educational and the Dosas sure look delicious. The cook makes cooking Dosa look so easy. When I get the rest of my ingredients for my Potato Masala I will be making Dosa Masala. But I needed to learn more about how to cook the Dosa.

No conveyor belts, no stock, no sales order systems, no supply chain systems, no Outlook, no ERP..yet just in time fresh product instantaneously supplied.
It's possible to request,educate these skill full food preparing friends to take help of clean clothes. This is a must. Like the hot,clean dosa, the requirement is clean dress also definitely pl.So somehow educate these wonderful people.

The taste of Dosa is not going to be changed or the quality of dosa is to be improved just bt throwing and catching. But should appreciate the marketing technique to attract the eyes of the people . But this is only temporary but long run only quality and hygienic will improve the business.
