They use mysore's name with masala only for the sake of alliteration.
No work small , this small business creates employment atleast 5 to 6 person . Per day he sales minimum 300 dhosas. Everage price is 120 per dhosa. Per day income rs. 36,000 , Per day expense rs. 16,000 , Per day they earn rs. 20,000 , Per month they earn minimum rs. 6,00,000 and Per year they minimum earn rs. 75lacs . Hats off bro. Hats off to the team work. Person putting the batter on tawa, other person helping him , helping in serving it, some ensuring the raw material is up to date... Entire cycle end to end is so amazing. One person doesn't work, things would stop automatically. Especial thanks to all street food dosa walas... In some way they are keeping our tradition and love for Dosa alive.

@@redblue40rc33 Crispy thin version of a pancake or crepe without the sugar it tastes bland but with flavours of oil or ghee or butter or a spice powder called podi usually and as fillings paneer, carrot or and onions or and potatoes or and tomatoes, eggs, chicken curry, lamb curry are added and as sides coconut chutney and tomato chutney and sambar are given.

He makes average 300 dosa daily. If average cost for one dosa is around 100 rs. Which means his daily turnover is 30,000 and after subtracting all the expenses, if we assume he earns 30% then his net profit per day will be 9000. Per month = around 2.5 lakh and per year = around 30 lakh. And I'm sure his profit is way more than 30%.

Preparation looks excellent. But size of the dosa is small compared to what they serve in restaurants esp in Tamilnady but prices of $100+ is way too expensive.

It's exactly like a burrito, you won't hear anyone from India say that though 😂
It's nothing like a burrito. Burrito are soft wheat flour envelopes. Dosas are made from fermented rice flour and are griddled with a little oil until crispy underneath. The upper side of the dosa is still soft while the underside is crispy. The taste slightly sour. This is on a whole different level than a burrito.
