He added:
Mustard oil
When hot, he put in green chili, onion, turmeric (probably mixed with salt/masala) and two eggs per serving
Sprinkled more onion and green chilli on top
Added a drizzle more of mustard oil
Topped with chopped coriander leaves
Added some chilli powder/masala
Flippety flip
Take it out, top with a sprinkle of masala and chopped coriander
Serve

Yes we do. Now what? 1st thing cow dung cake is as dry as coal or wood. 2nd he is still cooking in a vessel. There are dishes like litti which is directly cooked over the cow dung cake like barbeque and yes it tastes awesome.
Best roadside egg recipe prep, it’s definitely super healthy unlike those where adding butter by tons gives you false sense of tastiness.
