I don't understand why cow dung needs to be used in direct contact with the food👎👎
In India, cow dung is v v impt fuel in rural areas. All breads, chapatis, baati, litti are cooked directly on cow dung fuel. Later Ash particles are dusted out properly n pure ghee is put on top of bread, roti, chapatis, litti n baati.
It's taste is superb, authentic n tradition is age old!!!

@@lullabiesofthedusk cow dung is mixed with dried pasture n then made as dung- cakes. It is then dried in scorching sun for months. It is completely bacteria free n ready to use for cooking.
Then certain food items like litti n baati are cooked in v hot Ash, after dungs are burnt fully. This Ash only cooks baati n litti, slowly in around 30-40 minutes. There is no other traditional way to cook this dish.
It's v hygienic n original traditional way!!!
@@pushpanjalichowdhary4580 .. cooking in animal dung maybe authentic, traditional, original and tasty. All microorganisms will be killed in the fire. But it is unhygienic because the food comes in direct contact with the animal dung..
