Yes. This is not pretty, but many street vendors in India(not this guy obviously) have much better standards than your average hotel /restaurant in Europe, US or Oz. If I told you stories of where tomatoes are sourced from in Melbourne, in very prominent highly rated hotels you would stop eating out.

I lived in India in the 1970’s and I never ate the food prepared by vendors on the street. Still I became a vegetarian and learned all the recipes…I am still vegetarian, no meat,no fish,chicken or eggs, no onions or garlic that makes you smell bad. I don’t drink I don’t smoke or drink tea or coffee and I try to become God Conscious.I try to chant
