Any recommendations of a tamarind recipe with ingredients available world wide? I'm in Mexico.

@@melonmelonx1635 so start of by taking whole tamarinds if available then soak them in water after that leave them in the fridge over night after that put that tamarind through a sieve and extract the pulp gradually adding water through out it then in a non stick utensil add some oil and in that oil fry some cumin when the cumin starts to release its smell add in the pulp then cook it now add in raw cane sugar if that not available then use normal sugar if raw sugar is available then use 2parts raw sugar with one part normal sugar after that when it starts to thicken add in ginger powder ,black salt, redchilli flakes,and some black pepper then cook it to your desired thickness and adjust the spices through out and if you want to store it after it's cooked put in in ice cube trays and freeze it and put in a zip lock bag and whenever you want to eat it just take one cube defrost it and enjoy .

I had to turn the audio off. That constant horn blowing was irritating.
The sandwich... I'm assuming the inside was chick pea? The outside reminds me of enchilada's, a Mexican staple. I was also surprised at the packaging. The boxes seemed like overkill for one sandwhich.

Most people I’ve seen whipping egg whites by hand cradle the bowl in the other arm. He was holding it away from his body, which requires even more strength. WOW! I’m not criticizing how he holds the bowl, just pointing out the difference. He obviously know exactly what he’s doing. 😁🤣
