CC is basically San Diego's "Mater Dei/Bosco"...this goes to show you how much stronger the Southern Section is over San Diego...OLU finished 5TH in the Trinity League and was placed in D2 and ran the table...They gave CC all they can handle and put up points.
Is that really a fair comparison when Mater Dei is the #1 ranked team in the nation? And Servite and St. John Bosco are all ranked in the top 7 in the nation? CC is not Mater Dei of San Diego. No one is Mater Dei of nothing bc Mater Dei is the better than literally everyone.
don’t get me wrong..there is a lot of offensive talent on both teams..however , a lot of those big run plays should have only been 15 yarders or maybe 20, but both defenses are horrible 🤔
Both running backs #23 for OLU and #7 Lucky Sutton for CC are studs.... Lucky is a beast, he has power, balance and speed and is a load to tackle. His Oline is huge.

Safe to say ... The punters never got up , but on reality side note , if open division had play in game and it was mater Dei vs cathedral Catholic ... It wouldn't look like this and we know who'll win , I live in San Diego too , just stating things
@Goatbe Bryant It's gonna be hard no matter what. Sutton looks to be one of those guys who should be in college already. I doubt Folsom can stop him regardless of the plan.
Dang, they beat OLU with 3 plays. #7 up the middle. #7 to the right. #7 to the left.
SAN Diego area has produced some beastly running backs over the years. This guy dominated even more than Tyler Gaffney.
i was at the game OLU is pretty good couldn't stop the running back. That safety changed the game.
OLU needs to really hit that weight room hard man. They were getting run over all night, poor tackling etc.🤦🏿♂️🤷🏾♂️

NBA game right here
Someone actually said that at the game on the crowd. 4 hour game too...freezing by the end, but a good game first half.
I'd like to see a race between #23 on OLU and #7 on CC. I wonder who's faster?
40 yards #23 100 yards #7 but both are beast & should be proud. They got respect from this South Tx beast lol hats off.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm guessing that carrying the jersey onto the field before kickoff means that the player is deceased.

@11:05 I spy Mike Haynes NFL Hall of Famer CB (former Raider and Patriot). I believe he has a son on Cathedral Catholic.
CC QB is also son of NFL QB Rick Mirer
Yup also John Lynch son plays for them as well or one of his sons
Yeah rex Haynes the WR mans like 6'3 to 6'5 mans a monster

Jaylen Lynch Personal Friend
This just reinforced the different level of football the SS Division 1 teams are on. Still some great players on the CC team though!
The San Diego team won. What are you talking about?

133 total
Y’all seen Folsom upset DLS , 916 represent
Folsom will beat CC like 63-49. All Folsom has to do is load the box. CC has no D.

760 took it home, later Folsom 👋🤡
3:20 was beautiful, #23 better than #7 you cant change my mind
Both sides balled the fuck out! But lucky was on another Level today!!
Literally no defense all game.
Just Google dude and not ranked u gotta be kidding me guarantee if he was mater dai he would 5 star
Yes, the school athletes go to can make a difference. MD has that effect.
