Amazing outcome..inspiring..been following you since years.. currently stuck in my life..but i wish..and...I will be your guest someday talking about my million dollar portfolio..
I know someone with family income of 350k holding 10 properties worth 9 million. Its all relative to the income the family is making. I am not belittling Abhi's achievement - he has done great job. But the context is very important. This is more of course advertisement as usual.
2 million equity and 3.8m debt. Can somebody please explain how this 3.8 million is firstly affordable and secondly how and when does it get paid off? What am i missing here!? At a fork in the road with property vs shares and i just dont get the massive debt part. Any thoughts welcomed, thanks!

It seems not everyone's cup of tea building portfolio unless someone has high salary income and business where you can pay zero tax.
