My husband and I bought a Showhauler Motor Home from IWS. As Chuck said it was the biggest purchase of our life. Never been treated with so much respect by the entire crew. Certainly different from the "normal" RV walk-through videos we are used to seeing from IWS. Nice to get a peak from behind the camera. Very inspirational for any company, large or small, servicing their customers and doing the right thing. Your passion shows through each lengthy video walk-through. I and say "lengthy" as a complement to the integrity and customer service IWS stands for.

Great video Chuck ...What you said was how I was raised by my parents and it feels too often forgotten by so many others. You also answered the question of so many on “IWS isn’t close to where I live ... 1500 miles or more away” ... But, I’m convinced it’s worth making the trip to your store to buy from you. Hi chuck been watching your many RV you tube reviews and I couldn’t be more impressed , could you perhaps do a video about once you are contacted with prospective customer what is required from the new to customer that he or she needs to bing to you besides a deposit is there a information packet that is mailed to us telling us what we need to bring can you explain in short ....what we need to give to you thank you Marc
I like the Showhauler because of the metal structure that they use to make the whole coach more safe. I have seen numerous videos of how a Showhauler is made in their factory. But i've never seen any video on how a Renegade is made. Can you show a Renegade factory tour or how they make their coach?
Chuck, we all are in heavy weather on the moment but we all shoud keep together, what i mean is that we must buy by middle small family compagnies. Because these ferms invest whit whole there hart and nollidge and they always solve te problem, were other ones find it oke. And its also investering in your countr, and in the employees. As much as a lot of people might like call this kind of RV a very expensive RV I call BS. Cuz there are other more expensive RVs that are going to cost *a lot more* in *repairs* and *maintenance* than any one of these vehicles that I've been researching for a while. There's a lot of people who would love to get the EarthRoamer by Ford but the problem with an earthroamer is that *only a Ford dealership can work on it* and maintain it as far as anything to do with oil changes and particularly tires. If you're spending over $1000000 on an earthroamer you could be a hundred miles away from the nearest Ford dealership and 5 miles from the nearest truck stop to replace your tires, but one of my favorite parts is the ease of Maintenance and the lower cost of maintenance with what you're selling on your lot, to be able to stop at a truck stop and get anything done that needs to be done without worrying about finding a Ford dealership to do just the stupidest thing that may need to be done for regular maintenance. And for something like an earthroamer those take specific tires that only a Ford dealership is going to carry.
What are you babbling about? Earthroamer and Renegade/ other Super C RV’s are apples and oranges. No one that is looking at one is considering the other. And there are probably more Ford dealerships than anything else out there.
If I had to choose from anything on the lot would be the Renegade showhauler strictly for the safety features, because I'm a mom 😅😅, and I was really sold on this when I went through the video by the russos showing all the little details. ruclips.net/video/7yhKVPxr3kk/видео.html Maybe something to talk about that other people would be interested in, that I know that I'm interested in, is insurance. how does RV Insurance differ from a vehicle insurance and how does the safety of an RV that you design and build that you sell on your lot have better quality than anything else in the market as far as safety features go, particularly when there's children in the vehicle.
