CALL FOR STUDENTS AND FACULTY TO COLLABORATE ON AN AUGMENTED REALITY (AR) PROJECT

TSAILE, AZ - Diné College invites students and faculty to participate in an exciting collaborative opportunity to build an Augmented Reality (AR) Project. Join us on Tuesday, September 3rd, at 5:00 PM on the 1st floor of the NHC building at the Tsaile Campus to welcome our Nits'ą́ą́ dóó ídahwiil'aah ("We are learning") fellow, Akilah Martinez. Akilah Martinez, a talented artist and Diné College's Nits'áá dóó ídahwiil'aah fellow, will share her artist journey, discuss the integration of augmented reality in her work, and showcase her Diné Bizaad video and AR Project. Akilah will also introduce the concept of Social Impact & Economic Equality Through XR: Empathetic Storytelling, and provide insights through the Impact Guide sheet with Blender 3D.
