It's available to experience on my website at yunuene.com
or on Instagram / 786490959695926
Started by creating a painted sculpture of a meerkat
Scanned it using RealityScan on an iPad
Remesh using Blender
Created UVs in Blender
Projected textures in Blender
Retouched and created new materials on Substance Painter
Added Guitar in Blender
Added Bones in Blender
Created IK (Inverse Kinematics) in Blender
Binded Skin in Blender
Animated in Blender
Exported as glb
Additionally I used Spark AR to upload it to Instagram
Como hice que mi escultura de la Suricata Musical cobrara vida. Usando Realidad Aumentada.
That is an awesome video. Amazing skills photogrammetry, 3d modeling, painting, rigging, animating, and xr all in one video! Subscribed!!!
This is exactly what I am looking for. Hope you make a tutorial
Good job, keep learning because thats the future of humanity
Incredible talent in so many areas condensed into that 1 minute! And on top of that the character (does it have a name?) has so much personality, love it. Currently have it on my desk and has really brightened my day. Cheers. :)
Brilliant work.❤❤❤
Super buen flujo de trabajo. Y un vídeo claro, conciso y al punto. Muchas gracias, Yunuene!

Hi! I'm having trouble exporting my animations from blender to Unity. I saw that you export your blender file to glb. Did you export it to Unity for the AR experience?
Hi!! Fom Blender to Unity I use a .fbx file :)
Hi!! This is so cool!! How do you host and embed the file?! Sorry for the basic question.
How many hours were put into this?
nice job! How many hours did it take?
Like one week on the digital part. A month on the wood sculpture. :)
What was the dotted tape for?
The scanning process requieres good contrast, since the head of my sculpture was all blue, I added the dots to improve the scanning detail. :)

Does anyone know what distribution platform this uses? I would like to experiment with ar as a teaching aid for English as a second language. I am an English teacher in Japan. I would like to use AR to better help students understand engagement. My main issue comes down to my lack of knowledge in what platforms to use to distribute things as I am not in a position to make money directly from my creations so can’t afford a high end commercial license and most of the cheaper licenses I have seen have strict limits on the number of views and it needs to be something students can view without downloading any software if possible. If it were something that could work specifically with chrome books which are the standard pcs that schools here allow students to use would be great. There’s also the possibility of the school firewall making it impossible for students to view at school but maybe they can use personal devices at home
Have you tried AR.js with A-Frame? A simple HTML website with the gltf models is enough.
How can one learn from you. Do you have paid lessons ?
Nope, I don't have
