Eric, my basses did the I&E just before you went on -- thanks for taking all of the selfies with my students this past weekend. You're 100 points on our photo scavenger hunt every year at Wildwood. Keep up everything you do for the arts and the activity!
something about your commitment to your craft along with the silly stuff you do is really uplifting and inspiring to me. i just want to express my appreciation for that, thank you.
5:07 "I'll get it this time!" XD Great job, Steven!! He must have taken some lessons from Masked Guy - this smacked of former I&E competitions won by him. Eric, you are a born performer!
Good morning! This is video 195 of me asking for a drumline gym made out of various marching percussion instruments, such as the tenor barbell, and bass drumbbells.
I've always wondered if all the people at these events legitimately get a kick out of all of Eric's nonsense or if at some point his schtick gets old, given how much time it all has to take.
I was at this event and honestly it’s more entertaining in person with the effects he does and the energy of the room and this was all down in like 10-15 mins
He doesn’t have it in the video, but a ton of people climbed on the stage at the end to get a picture of the guy lying on the ground. It was really fun.
Hey emc my sister went up to you and took a picture with you at this exact competition at the wildwood convention center. She asked you “don’t you have a RUclips channel” You said “do you really not know?” And she said “Jk we know”
I just had drum line tryouts today and I was really hoping for the tenor part but I didn't get it I got bass 3 but am not even mad because literally everyone said and agreed that the line sounded fuller louder and better when I was on bass 3 we even tested it by me trying bass 1 and it wasn't as good but bass 3 was it man it was like it was calling me or something but I sware next your am getting tenors even the percussion director said that the other kid barely beat me
I was wondering if you can give me a suggestion for a good snare for under 200$ I have been playing for a long time but I am trying to upgrade my equipment.
I think it would interesting to see something along the lines of taking a drum set, but only one piece at a time. One person only does the high hat, someone else is doing the snare, and so on. Could be cool to see
Amazing!!! This is video #136 of requesting Eric to do another "Behind the Gock Block" Episode. -=-=-=-=-=-= #136 -=-=-=-=-=-=-= The last episode was 10-20-2020! It's time for Eric to bring back all of his characters!
@@keithbarnes9419 I really wanted to go, but I just returned home on the 24th, late after having furniture packed to ship to my house (after my Mom passed away on March 12), and after being in Ohio for 6 weeks, my body rebelled! Jet Lag on Steroids!! I was all set to go but since we weren't in Sacramento, I was afraid that if I felt poorly, that there would be no way for me to get home. I really wish I could have been there. I did hear good things from those who were there.
@@keithbarnes9419 I wanted to go, but I had terrible jet lag since I just arrived back on Wednesday and camp started Friday. If it had been in Sacramento, I would have gone. But I understand it was a great camp!
Looks like Professor Chiptooth would be proud that he made it in 1st place. I'm not sure Lynda (and Rebecca) would be since both are done with him. I bet Manny McMann would not understand this.
"Jump in the Line" as a one man Marimba choir, "Jump in the Line" as a one man Marimba choir. Beetlejuice 2 is coming soon, don't miss your chance to leave the Flub Drum line and contribute to the pit!
I guess his instructors thought he was so good at flubs, that they never promoted him to snare
Someone is coming for that position
Erm it's actually a sizzle me flub drum
Because he would have been TOO good for the drumline to comprehend
You mean never demoted him to snare
Flubs are the best
I love how Eric takes things on a serious and comedic level at the same time
Him doing that in front of a real audience during an actual competition is god tier comedy.

Steven Sassafras redemption arc. Still gets cut.
Fr LET THIS MAN IN
Mr sassafras is my role model.
Steven Sassafrass out here proving that anything is a flub drum if you try hard enough
If EMC started doing live shows like this, I would def be there!
i saw this live in Wildwood, NJ!!! such a great experience to go there every year for TIA...

daim Steven Sassafras is chowing some crazy chops on the multy-flob drum
Bro should be touring and performing this
He should! He should be a comedy show at WGI and DCI.
I would pay to see him put on a show in Kentucky
"the best of steven sassafrass" is what we needed

The fact you brought in the music from my favorite cartoon as a kid into the mix makes this an automatic first place.
Steven Sassafras looks just like Eric and EMCproductions,
Preposterous. Next you’ll tell me the Masked Guy is Eric too.
@@jeremyquiros5483what about Connor ferguson? Doesn't he look like Steven?
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! that flub drum battle was insane
BRO ACTUALLY WINS??? THATS CRAZY!!!
Judges reviewed his solo and docked him by a mile, so he ended up in last 😂

After listening to this, I believe I’ve found another use for flub drums outside of marching band.
Cursed epic Toms
To heck with the drum skill, I want your editing skillz.
Holy cow, that multi flub segment was over the top!
witnessed the whole thing - front and center. real full circle event, started watching emc vids my freshman year and now im graduating
But why does that flub drum sound so good 😭
The fire hat is just a good choice.

Completely normal post-marine behavior 😂
This is the best performance of Steven ever! 🤩🤣👌🏻
I thought he had mastered the Buddy Rich single handed roll, then he did the no hands thing. Genius.🤣🤣🤣

The classic epic hero's journey.
Sass been really leaning into Blast! Bro earned center snare. 🔓
Very entertaining
How did he do the bass split part.... that's like one of the greatest achievements known to man, easily.
I've always wondered if all the people at these events legitimately get a kick out of all of Eric's nonsense or if at some point his schtick gets old, given how much time it all has to take.
