yeah, i hate them so much! one trick that helped me some times is releasing a hound near a open flank, sometimes the dog will take a detour to jump on the necromancer and forbid them to cast.

How to forget when my Bro Brawler lvl 1 of cost 10. I fight against 3 skeletons with the hands, without armor and defeat them. What a Chad. Since he didn't have good talents or traits I used him as cannon fodder, in the end he ended up with 7 permanent wounds and I gave him the pay to retire.
I literally started battle brothers maybe 2 days ago. Only have done the very beginning but I’m going to play more as a result of seeing this video. I need to know what all the icons and traits mean hah.

Not sure if it was wise splitting up. Perhaps they don't want to have a chain of morale breaks. But one could argue being surrounded already causes a morale shock. None of them had lone wolf on.

I swear to god, the only way to beat those undead legions is by having 12 men in best armor and at their top level.
Any other time their second row with their reach weapons will beat you to a bloody pulp while their first row will shield-block every single thrust of your weapons.

I don't like undead the most. Not because they're hard, just because they're a hassle to fight. One lowers morale from range, the other goes back up, forcing me to destroy more of their armour and potential loot, while the next is pierce-resistant... I hate ifrits more than any one of the above, especially since they don't drop much, but all of the undead stuff combined into one is a totally different story altogether... It's possible to brute force Schrats without breaking their shield; they're more like a nimble orc, replacing durability with even more health, plus their numbers aren't as big as orcs and there's no stun.
